Exclusive 4 bed 3 bath villa with southwest facing pool on Tuscan Ridge. Our villa is fully air conditioned, and comprises of 2 identical master suites, which have full en-suite bathrooms, Both master bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the south west facing pool area. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms, sharing a third family bathroom. All bedrooms are furnished to the highest of standards, and include walk in/built in robes, ample drawer space, and remote control cable TV.

About Gulf Breeze
The main living area, the lounge is equipped with Cable TV, DVD/CD video. And free high speed internet and phone calls to any where in the U.S.There is ample seating in the comfortable sofas and easy chairs and alarmed patio door leading to the pool area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.
There is a formal dining area which seats 6, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook which has great views over the pool area.
The 2 Master Bedrooms are both ensuite with queen size beds. Each are equipped with Cable TV, and Direct access to the Pool Deck.
The bathrooms have large corner baths and separate walk in showers, there is also his and hers vanity sinks All towels and bed linen are provided.
The fully furnished kitchen includes cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer(with ice maker), coffee maker, blender and toaster.
A separate utility room houses full laundry facilities.
Our villa is Close to all the attractions, 10-20 minutes away from Disney and Sea World, Universal Studios etc.
Their are supermarkets, shops and restaurants close by on Highway 27 and Highway 192, only minutes away.
From fine dining like seasons 52 to family favourites like the outback steak house.

Comment: My son, daughter and son in law, (Scotland, Norway and resident Miami) had a great holiday in Orlando, the parks were fantastic and we wore ourselves out. Hi Steve, just a note to say we all had a great time and enjoyed the use of your lovely villa. I know you mentioned you are not into golfing yourself however I thought you might want a little feedback from the golfing duo. My hubbie is the President of the Ayrshire Golf Association and plays off a handicap of 4. For best course and value he rated Champions Gate at the top of the list followed by Orange County National both of which have 2 courses. Stonegate at Poinciana was also a good test as was Shingle Creek . Both have played many courses in Orlando and for something more expensive and different they did enjoy the Disney Courses. Will happily recommend your villa to friends and family, not forgetting ourselves among the number, although our next visit is likely to be 2007 as our daughter was in Australia during the last year of her degree and intends to go back out and work for approx a year and we are expecting to visit her during 2006.

Comment: We usually visit Disney World at least once per year and have stayed at many deluxe properties in the Kissimmee, Orlando area. This villa is beautiful, spacious and very peaceful. Steve contacted me prior to our visit to insure that any questions regarding our stay were addressed, and also upon arrival, which was very much appreciated. Well what can we say, after a long delayed flight to open the door to lovely home we new we were home.
Steve and Angela had thought of everything. We did the Disney things and the water parks but our thanks goes out to Steve as he told us different places to go and eat his knowledge of places are second to none. I would recommend the Gaylord palms, Texas de Brazil for a buffet and the trip to Winter Park, celebration on a Sunday just walk around and total chill out, also try Lakeland for shopping.

The villa is definately one of the best maintained we have stayed in and improvements and upgrades from our last visit three years ago were evident. Villa still presents as new.

Your villa is absolutely beautiful. You seem to have thought of everything and your little welcome note and bottle of wine made it feel special. There were 7 of us 4 adults and 3 children. This is the second time that i have visited the villa and this was a very special occasion as my dad (steve) and sue had arranged my wedding to Ian.
My day was perfect as the villa everything was in excellent condition and my dads help and knowledge of everything was fantastic it was like having my own tour guide.
The location of the villa is excellent near to all the parks and shops, but just far enough for the peace and quite to enjoy the holiday and relax by the pool.

My family and I have been regular visitors to Orlando for many years now. We thought we could no longer be surprised on how to enjoy its wonders. We were wrong. We have always stayed in hotels, and this was our first experience in a villa. Afterwards we kept asking ourselves why we had not tried it before. And we couldn’t have chosen a better option.
Steve’s villa is a wonderful property. Really makes you fell comfortable and almost like if it was your very own. We really enjoyed staying there, and will most certainly repeat it next time, and also recommend it to everyone without hesitation. Furthermore, we found great support from Steve in dealing with all the pre and post issues, which made things simpler. Great choice!

Just returned from a wonderful fortnight in the villa (our third visit)and the standards are as high as when we first visited. An addition this time, was the garage had been transormed into a well-lit, well equipped games room. A lovely touch on our arrival was a much welcomed chilled bottle of wine.

Your villa was the perfect size for our party's number and mix (Mum & Dad, daughter, son and his girlfriend). Big enough for individual privacy, but small enough for family intimacy. The villa is beautifully appointed and very well kept. It's location is great for both the Disney parks and Busch Gardens. Thank you for your frequent contact, both before and during our stay. It was comforting to know that you were just a phone call away should the need have arisen.
