Thanks to Steve and Sue for a lovely holiday yet again!!. This is our second time in your lovely villa, there are many Villas to rent in Florida, but what sets this one apart from the rest, is the Customer service you receive before you go, whilst your there, and when you get home, it's nice to know that the owners care whether you have a great time in their villa, also the little touches, like leaving all the garage/porch/living Room Lights, when you first arrive, so you don't have to search around for the door key. The Villa is extremly well located, we timed it 13Mins into Disney world, supermarkets etc just around the corner.

We can’t fault the villa or the holiday Steve & sue have shown us a different side of Florida it Was like having our own tour guide with us, but we had to go back to the islands of adventure to do the Harry potter ride only to find out Steve hated the plastic spiders in there (great fun)


We also went Indy car racing at St petes, and went to the sun & fun air show two fantastic days.

Brilliant holiday we had too much sun and way too many steaks

We had an unbelievable three weeks at the villa. It was a real 'home from home', beautifully maintained with excellent facilities. Steve contacted me prior to our visit to insure that any questions regarding our stay were addressed, and also upon arrival, which was very much appreciated. We were so impressed with this property, that we will always stay here, if available. I will highly recommend

Hi Steve, just a note to say we all had a great time and enjoyed the use of your lovely villa. I know you mentioned you are not into golfing yourself however I thought you might want a little feedback from the golfing duo. My hubbie is the President of the Ayrshire Golf Association and plays off a handicap of 4. For best course and value he rated Champions Gate at the top of the list followed by Orange County National both of which have 2 courses. Stonegate at Poinciana was also a good test as was Shingle Creek . Both have played many courses in Orlando and for something more expensive and different they did enjoy the Disney Courses. Will happily recommend your villa to friends and family, not forgetting ourselves among the number, although our next visit is likely to be 2007 as our daughter was in Australia during the last year of her degree and intends to go back out and work for approx a year and we are expecting to visit her during 2006.

My son, daughter and son in law, (Scotland, Norway and resident Miami) had a great holiday in Orlando, the parks were fantastic and we wore ourselves out. The thing that made it a memorable, wonderful experience was to be able to return in the evenings to the lovely peaceful villa at Tuscan Ridge. We are planning another holiday in Orlando next year and we would not think of staying anywhere else. Very highly recommended!
