Our luxurious four bedroom villa is situated in the gated community of The Manors North, Westridge on Highway 27, just 15 minutes from the Disney parks. Only a few miles away from the I4 Interstate, it is conveniently situated for all of Florida's major attractions. For those of you who like golf, the villa is situated close to championship golf courses so why not take advantage of this and enjoy a round of golf during your stay.
The Manors North is a select gated community set among mature oaks and pines and is the perfect location to relax and unwind after those hectic days at the theme parks.

About The Aitken Florida Villa
WESTRIDGE is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic).The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.
Our community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests.
If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses
You will also find shops, supermarkets, fast food and restaurants close by.
Westridge is a quiet residential/vacation development, with an abundance of open space and surrounded by citrus groves. The community boasts its own Club House, Large Outdoor Swimming Pool, Gym, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Tennis Courts and Children's Play Area which guests are welcome to use at no extra cost.
Westridge is one of the best located and facilitated communities near Orlando!
There are free local, national and international calls to landline numbers from our telephone and we also have a computer with high speed internet access.
The keys to the villa are via a lock box. This saves you having to collect and return keys from our management company and gives you the freedom to arrive late in the day.
The Manors community at Westridge also has a Club House with a large communal pool, a large lounge with multiple televisions and a kitchen, a reading room with a selection of books and a fitness room with exercise equipment. There is also free Wi-Fi internet. The Club House is free for use by anyone staying at The Manors.
The area is also approximately 15 minutes to Disney World, close to various golf courses and just over an hour to either the East or West coasts.

| Family/Living Room | Relax in comfort in this light and spacious family room. Situated in the heart of the villa, with patio doors leading to the pool. There is plenty of comfortable seating along with DVD, Cable TV, Playstation 2, Video and games. |
| Kitchen | Equipped with all mod cons, the kitchen has a large American fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher to make your life easy. There is also an electric cooker for those of you who fancy a cordon bleu meal. The breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen and is furnished with attractive table and chairs. The kitchen has a ceramic tiled floor. |
| Dining Room | The dining room provides a quiet place to enjoy a meal together in comfortable surroundings. |
| Master Bedroom and en-suite Bathroom | The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a queen size bed and plenty of hanging space and storgage for clothes. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and cable TV. There is a sliding patio door that leads on to the pool. There is a luxury en-suite bathroom with shower, WC, sink and dresser. |

| Pool & Lanai | For a delightful day on the complex and a well earned rest from trailing the parks, why not relax in the swimming pool and the extended patio area. An insect screen is fitted around the pool area to protect you from any bugs that fancy a piece of the action. The patio is endowed with comfortable loungers and a table and chairs. It has a covered lanai for those seeking shelter from the midday sun. The pool is heated if required. |
