The shires villa
Our luxury Florida villa sleeps 8 Guests, Everything you need in your resort home can be found in the fantastic Grand Lagoon. Incredibly efficient and surprisingly comfortable, this lovely home includes an open living area overlooking the pool, four bedrooms served by two bathrooms and a covered lanai. Without a doubt, this Grand Lagoon provides more than enough to make your resort holiday home dreams come true.
Our luxury villa has its own private south-facing swimming pool which is fully screened at the rear of the villa, in a small walled Garden so cannot be overlook from the front. Fancy an early morning wake up swim will appreciate the convenience of having pool access direct from the master bedroom via patio doors. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. Heating, if required, is extra at £80 ($120) per week - please request at time of reservation.
Family/Living Room
The spacious lounge area offers access to the patio and pool area through sliding doors which are alarmed and cal lock .There are plenty of comfortable sofas, Take you shoes off, put your feet up and relax watching our new plasma 46ins HD TV with HD cable all included in the rent price, we also have a new DVDPlayer, plus a computer with high speed Wi-Fi internet connection. You can even also bring your own laptop on holiday with you .imaging sitting at the pool side to email family and friends at home.
Kitchen Equipped with all mod cons, the kitchen has a large American fridge freezer, ice maker, microwave and dishwasher to make your life easy. There is also an electric cooker for those of you who fancy a cordon bleu meal. All you will need to cater for your Guests
Utility room the separate laundry room houses a large family washing machine and clothes drier, Iron and ironing board .New fire extinguisher 2011 can be found in this room. Our home is full licences to have Guests stay by Florida Law.

Dining Room
The dining room provides a quiet place to enjoy a Family meal together in comfortable surroundings, with large Table and 6 chairs. New in 2011
South facing Pool & Lanai.
For a delightful day at the villa or on the complex and a well-earned rest from the parks, and shops why not relax in the large south-facing swimming pool and the patio area. An insect screen is fitted around the pool area to protect you from any bugs that fancy a piece of the action. The patio is endowed with comfortable loungers and a table and chairs situated in the shade area. It has a covered lanai, very private in a small walled garden. Look out for the local Grey squirrel, which runs along the wall most afternoons.
Master Bedroom and en-suite Bathroom The master bedroom is beautifully furnished re fresher in 2011 and has a large size bed and plenty of hanging space and storage for clothes in the walk-in closet. The bedroom has a ceiling fan a TV and with cable. There is a sliding patio door that leads on to the pool alarmed and cal locked. There is a luxury en-suite bathroom with shower, Glass doors WC, sink and dresser.
Games room
There is also a large double garage attached that has been converted into a games room where you will find a full size pool table, a darts board, foosball table and ice hockey table Just for your children to enjoy
BBQ HIRE SERVICE We hire our BBQ from a company they charge $45 per week, and deliver a clean BBQ with Gas Bottle to the Villa and take the BBQ way for you, no cleaning needed you pay the company once in the villa but we do have to pre book the BBQ for you. Just let me know if you want to order a BBQ for your stay
Bedroom 2 The second bedroom is a double room with queen size bed, TV and Cable also fitted wardrobes, this is the only bedroom at the front of the villa away from the rest of the bedrooms down its own Hallway .Very Private.

This bedroom has twin beds and has been styled in Disney cars ' decor .with fitted wardrobes

This is also a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes
Family Bathroom
There is a family bathroom with WC, bath, shower and wash basin. This can be lock off for the guests in the front double bedroom
