There is a fully air conditioned games room. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated. The villa has luxury equipment including a home cinema / PC Broadband access / HDTV and 2 Playstation 2's. The games room has pool - foosball and table hockey. The villa is ideally situated for access to many golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate. There is a no smoking permitted within the villa.

About Luxury 5 bedroom Villa
The large family room overlooks the pool and beyond over the natural lake. It is furnished to the same high standard throughout. You will find comfortable sofas to relax in while watching our 51” Sony HDTV Home Cinema with a good selection of DVD's and CD's. This large room has patio doors leading to the pool and jacuzzi. The family room is overlooked by the open balcony and the high windows give added light. The large open plan lounge is an ideal room to relax and unwind in the evenings. There is a top of the range PC with free internet broadband access in loft area.The well appointed kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances you are likely to need - including a full size electric cooker - microwave - dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer with ice maker. The breakfast area is a café style area adjacent to the kitchen and is bright and spacious and includes both a breakfast bar and a table with four chairs.
There is formal dining for six in this open plan dining area.
All the master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The 1st Master Bedroom has a king size double bed and its own private and spacious en-suite bathroom. A 25" cable television is installed. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe. The 2nd Master Bedroom is equipped with its own luxurious bathroom and a queen size bed. For your entertainment there is a 14" TV. The 3rd Master Bedroom is also furnished to a high standard with a queen size bed and luxury bathroom. All bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space. For your entertainment this room is equipped with a 14" TV. The 4th & 5th Bedrooms are Disney themed bedrooms and share a bathroom. They are delightful twin rooms each equipped with a Combi TV/VCR and Playstation 2s.
The pool is south/west facing looking onto a lake. We supply patio furniture and loungers for relaxation and enjoyment. Relax in the jacuzzi after a hard day at the theme parks.
A new fully air conditioned games room includes the following activities: 8’ Pool Table - Foosball - Electronic Darts - Air Hockey - CD Entertainment.

"We had the pleasure of enjoyiong your villa from February 17-26,2005. It was the perfect vacation spot for our family ( Dave & I, our children with their spouses and children) a total of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 7. The accommodations were as described and more. We spent several days in the parks and it was very easy to bring the tired children "home" for a swim in the pool or a nap. We would highly recommend your villa to anyone looking for a comfortable vacation for their family

"In the absence of a guest comment book at the villa we would all like to thank you for the wonderful time we spent in your lovely home. From the moment we arrived outside the house we could tell we were in for something special and we certainly were not disappointed. The welcome grocery pack was a blessing as we were late arriving and this saved us having to shop at 11.00pm after the tiring journey. You have obviously spent a lot of time and effort equiping the villa as everything one could ever need was catered for. The walkie talkies were invaluable. This was to be a special holiday for myself and family as I am terminally ill and will not get to travel again, so once again thank you so much for making it all that I could have wished for. I am sure that should any of my children ever wish to return to Florida they will certainly contact you and be assured we will recommend to other friends and family. Many thanks. Ps. The alligator in the lake was an added surprise which fascinated my grandchildren.
