The Lounge
A restful area for sitting and relaxing with a good book, or for listening to music. If you want to plan your holiday itinerary, or keep in touch with family or friends, a PC is available. Fitted with a cable internet connection, to enable you to check out all the parks at speed, or maybe plan your route to the attractions of Florida! A wi-fi connection is available if you prefer to bring your own laptop/notebook.
Family Room
Family room again there are two comfortable sofas (2 seater, 3 seater). There is also a 46" LCD flat screen cable TV with hundreds of channels to choose from including Fox Sport. Numerous family board games are also supplied. A blu-ray player with a selection of DVD's and blu-ray discs. Sliding doors lead from this beautiful room to the pool deck. The doors can be alarmed for added security if you have young children among your party.
Kitchen/breakfast area
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery, glassware and plastic bowls, cups (for use in the pool area)are provided. There is also a good range of cooking equipment for those who like to self cater. As well as the formal dining table in the lounge area, there is also a table and chairs in the kitchen area.
1st Master Bedroom
Has a beautiful bathroom with corner bath (garden tub), walk in shower cubicle, separate toilet and very large closet. There is also a cable T.V., a remote controlled ceiling fan, a radio/alarm clock and an extension telephone. Complete with a queen size bed with a luxurious pillow top mattress.
2nd Master Bedroom
Bedroom 2 also has en suite facilities – a bath/shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a cable TV with built in DVD player and radio/alarm clock. Complete with a queen size bed with a luxurious plush mattress. Ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3
Is a twin bedded room with cable TV and DVD player, a games machine with built in games and an alarm clock. A ceiling fan is also installed for added comfort during the hottest months.
Bedroom 4
Is also a twin bedded and with a selection of toys suitable for our younger guests. Ceiling fan.
3rd bathroom
A third full bathroom is positioned between the two twin bedrooms. It has a bath/shower, wash basin and toilet.
Games area
Pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and electronic darts game. The darts have safe plastic points.
Pool
The private swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost of £84/$154 per week. It is also screened to keep out insects, but will not stop the sun from shining down onto the pool and extended deck. There is a covered porch area with a newly installed hot tub for you to relax and enjoy the therapeutic massaging jets. Luxurious patio furniture and six thickly padded sun beds are provided. There is safety fencing around the pool for the protection of small children.
Laundry Facilities
Our home is equipped with full laundry facilities including a washing machine, separate drier, iron, ironing board, laundry baskets in all bedrooms and a clothes line in the garage to dry off all your swimming stuff
Additional items which are included in the rental
BBQ(electric George Forman) can be used outside in the pool area, digital safe, telephone calls (local/long distance and international calls), PC with high speed broadband and WIFI connection, baby equipment - crib, high chair, stroller, side bar for single bed, toys, pool towels, hair driers in all bathrooms.
