About Celebrations Villa
Celebrations Villa is located in the select gated community of High Grove. These beautiful homes have tiled roofs, stucco finish, block paved pool deck areas and upgraded landscaping to give a true Mediterranean feel.Celebrations Villa sits on a large corner plot, the pool and spa back onto a landscaped area, this means there is no house directly behind us, which provides a very open feel. High Grove is ideally situated at the junction of highway 192 and state road 27 just six miles from the main entrance to Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, 25 minutes from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Many golf courses are within 15 minutes drive, including the Greg Norman Designed Champions Gate.
On site amenities include a Club House, Large Community Pool and Spa with lockers and changing area and a landscaped Tot Lot / Playground.

It's proximity to Interstate 4 and the Highway 417 means it has excellent access to the airports and all that central Florida has to offer.
The main reason for visiting Orlando has got to be the major theme parks, Celebrations Villa is just 10 minutes drive from the entrance to Walt Disney World with its four parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom), water parks (Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach), and not forgetting Downtown Disney with its shops and restaurants. We are around 20 minutes from Sea World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. These attractions offer all the thrills and spills any family could ever want. But there are many other attractions in the Orlando area and beyond for the regular visitor or for those of you who do not want to spend all your holiday / vacation visiting "The Mouse".
The fabulous beaches of Florida 's gulf coast are around 90 minutes away, join the I4 and head West for Tampa to access the many fantastic Gulf Coast areas such as Clearwater Beach , St Pete's Beach or the many barrier islands. If you choose to head East for an hour you can visit the Kennedy Space Centre or Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast.
For the golf enthusiast there are literally dozens of championship golf courses within easy reach of our home, including the new Champions Gate designed by Greg Norman, which is around 10 minutes away, Highlands Reserve, Orange Lake, Legends and of course the outstanding Disney golf courses. If golf is your game then this is the place to be!
You may be surprised to find vineyards on your Orlando vacation but just 20 minutes drive north on S.R 27 through the beautiful rolling hills of Lake County you can visit the Lakeridge Vinyard and Winery . Here they host regular events for the whole family including barbecues and music festivals not to mention the free tours and wine tasting that are available daily. This is a little bit different from the usual Orlando attractions and well worth the visit. A very pleasant way to spend an hour or two.

| Family Room | Our family room is tastefully decorated and has luxury furnishings with large 32” Satellite TV, DVD player, VCR and Stereo System. There is also a large selection of CD's, books and games. This is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the theme parks. Access to the pool and deck area can be gained from the family room via alarmed patio doors, which have been installed with your children's safety in mind. |
| Dining / Kitchen | Our spacious fully fitted dining room / kitchen has a large dining table with seating for eight and two bar stools at the breakfast bar. It offers every modern convenience, including full size oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle, juicer, a full range of table and glassware, double sink with garbage disposal unit and spray attachment. Laundry facilities include washer, drier, ironing board, and iron. In fact everything you need to make your stay at Celebrations a very comfortable one. |
| Two Master Suites | All bedrooms are furnished to the highest of standards and include a remote control TV. Three bedrooms have satellite TV, master suites have DVD players. There are two master suites one with a US King and one with a US Queen sized bed. Both have top quality furniture with ample drawer space and en suite shower rooms with vanity unit, toilet, hairdryers and ceramic tiled floors. Both master bedrooms lead to the pool and spa area with one master bathroom doubling as a pool bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided, but we would ask guests to bring their own beach towels. |
| Remaining Bedrooms | The two further bedrooms each have two single beds, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and large closets. Both have a TV one with satellite the other has a dual control PS2 with a selection of games (please note UK PS2 games will not work on this unit). These bedrooms have access to a third shared “Jack and Jill” bathroom comprising of bath, shower, and toilet with a separate area, which contains a vanity unit / washbasin and hairdryer. |
| 3rd Bathroom | These two rooms are joined by the 3rd "Jack and Jill" bathroom. Here you will find a hand basin, cupboards with lots of towels, a hairdryer and a separate room with a toilet, bath and over bath shower. This bathroom is great for when you have several people all trying to get ready to hit the theme parks early in the morning. |
| Pool and Spa | Our fully screened extended deck area has a large heated pool and spa with a lanai/covered patio for when you need some shade from the hot Florida sun. The pool deck area is complimented with luxury furnishings comprising of four comfortable padded sun beds, two footstools and a patio set with table and four high back padded chairs. This is a great place to unwind on your days away from the parks. (Pool heater recommended from 1 st October-30 th April at an additional charge). |
| Games Room | In the game room you will find an air hockey table and pool table which have proved very popular with guests of all ages. There are also a couple of free standing fans and a small table and a couple of chairs so that you can relax in comfort between games. We do provide a selections of board and card games so there is no excuse for anyone to say that they've got nothing to do. |
| Laundry | The laundry facilities include a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. You can pack the bare minimum and there is no need to take home any dirty laundry! |
