Family Area
The family room provides a bright, comfortable area in which to relax. There is a 42" HD Plasma television with cable TV and DVD player in the family area. DVD rentals are available locally to vacationers so you can enjoy a night in with the latest movies.
Living Room & Dining Room
The formal living and dining rooms provide a perfect setting for entertaining or a quiet place where you can escape from the heat of the day and relax while still enjoying the view out over the pool area.
Kitchen Area
The kitchen has all the expected facilities including fridge/freezer (with ice maker), hob, oven, microwave, automatic kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is also a laundry room adjoining the kitchen containing a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The portable stereo on the side is capable of playing normal audio CDs and also mp3 CDs.
The Nook
The nook is a casual dining area looking out to the pool and perfect for breakfast or any other light meal.
Master Bedroom & Bathroom Area
This is the largest bedroom offering a kingsize bed and a large television with cable and 'Guide+' to provide up to date channel listings. Wake up early and go straight out through the sliding door for a dip in the pool. The master bathroom has separate 'his and hers' sinks and a large shower and tub.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 and Shared Bathroom Area
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are twin bedrooms and between them is a shared full bathroom which includes a bath with overhead shower.
Bedroom 4 and Bathroom Area
The fourth bedroom is a second double bedroom with queensize bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower and also has access directly to the pool area.
Pool Area
The screened pool, which is 28ft by 14ft with a spa at the far end, looks wonderful at night with the underwater lights on. It was completely resurfaced and retiled in May 2006. To provide the very best surface possible we chose an Aquaguard coating which is one of the smoothest surfaces available and ensures that swim suits do not suffer from the numerous snags caused by many common surfaces. Solar heating is provided free of charge, while extra heating is available at $16 per day when required, which is generally late November to early March.
The pool and deck areas, which are not overlooked by any other pool in the area, are equipped with sun loungers, chairs, table and trolley for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The large lanai area is just perfect for dining and relaxing. The lanai roof provides refreshing shade from the sunlight and is an excellent place for al fresco cooking on the gas barbecue provided.
No need to worry about the children, while you enjoy that swim, you can monitor their rooms with our home intercom and music distribution system which is also complete with CD player and AM/FM radio and has a sub-station in every bedroom and on the lanai. If you have no young children the system can be used to play CD's or listen to the radio in any room.
Games Room
For the young and young at heart guests we have converted our garage into a fun filled games room complete with pool/air hockey and foosball tables, electronic dart board and cable TV with Sony Playstation 2.
