About Ashville Villa
We would like to thank you for visiting our site and hope you enjoy what you see.Share our experience in "ASHVILLE" our de-luxe 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom villa with its own private screened pool in the heart of Florida.
A spacious home with a homely atmosphere.
Ashville is ideally situated at the Ashley Manor community on the Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR54). There are only 24 homes in our community which is located in a quiet, tranquil and idyllic location in a rural setting close to all amenities.
As well as all the Theme Parks and Attractions, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and golf are all within easy reach

| Lounge / Family Room | Relax and read a book (there are plenty), watch TV or play one of the many Family board games. You also have a DVD/Video and CD player for your enjoyment. All patio door entrances to pool deck are "kiddie-alarmed". |
| Dining Area | The dining area comfortably seats 8 persons and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The entrance to the pool deck from the dining area is to a covered lanai with ceiling fan. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or have your breakfast looking out onto the garden. |
| Kitchen | What more can we offer? Ceramic hob range, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, pots and pans and ample cutlery and crockery. |
| The Pool | WOW!!! The place to cool off or just lounge on the luxury patio furniture. The deck has been extended to give you much more space. Underwater lighting is installed and the pool can be heated during the cooler winter months at an extra cost. |
| Games Area | Games area including 8 foot pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, table soccer and 21 game electronic dart board. |

"This something like our 20th. visit to the US and 6th. to Florida. Never have we had such superior accommodation and we have stayed in some very nice places in the past. The location for Central Florida is ideal - close enough but yet far enough away to have a peaceful vacation. The price of the accommodation is superb value for money. from first contact to return of our security deposit you have done everything in first class order. If we ever return to that part of Florida we would not want to stay anywhere else and we shall certainly recommend you to anyone wishing to holiday in that location."
