Spoil yourself with a luxury stay at Calabay Dream. Our beautiful villa enjoys an enviable position with a sparkling south facing pool, overlooking pine trees in a quiet yet central, established position.

Our executive 3 bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with private pool, is in an enviable south facing position. The villa is unoverlooked and backs on to pine trees – the south facing swimming pool taking advantage of the sun throughout the day on the prestigious community of Calabay Parc. The villa is fully equipped to a high standard, for occupancy by up to eight people. The larger than average 1821 square feet of air conditioned living space ensures ample room for everyone. There is a floor plan at the bottom of the page. A small local management company who prides themselves with the care of our home and guests looks after the villa.

The superior master BEDROOM with ceiling fan has a king size bed, has a TV and telephone, and is complete with spacious en-suite facilities comprising of twin vanity basins, large roman bath, wc and a large, separate, walk-in-shower. A hair dryer is provided. There is access from this bedroom to the patio/pool area.

The second double bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV, and boasts a full en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and has a full family bathroom adjacent. All bedrooms have large walk-in-closets and ample drawer space, bed linen and towels are provided although we do ask that guests bring their own beach/pool towels.

The fully equipped KITCHEN includes a full size cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. All the crockery and glasses you will need along with a host of other useful gadgets. There is an adjoining breakfast area with a further table and chairs. A full size washing machine with separate tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are situated in a self contained UTILITY room which leads into the double garage with enough space to fit two cars.

The accommodation is carpeted throughout and tiled in “wet” areas. The beautiful upgraded furniture (not the standard package furniture which you may often find) has been carefully chosen and the villa is tastefully decorated throughout. The LIVING room (18’ x 14’ 7”) has a ceiling fan and is furnished with full size sofa (sleeper bed) two seater sofa and armchair. Cable TV is provided, and there is also a VCR and DVD player. The adjoining dining area (13’ 6” x 11’) provides seating for six. A telephone is provided with no charge for local calls and free wi-fi dsl/high speed internet access.

The rear of the property boasts a magnificent fully screened, heatable sparkling swimming pool and tropical covered lanai/patio with ceiling fan. The patio faces south and is equipped with sumptuous padded furniture for your comfort.

Please note that the house is strictly non-smoking and we cannot accept pets. Although our home is not fully equipped for disability access, the walk in shower, one floor level and wide doorways make it suitable for most circumstances.
