Our large extended decking area ensures no-one is fighting for space plus a covered lanai. Not directly overlooked by neighbouring villas. Planting down the sides of the Pool Screen adds that extra bit of privacy. For those travelling with young children you will be pleased to know there is a 4ft Safety Fence between the villa and the pool (this can be removed if not required) Sun Loungers with cushions, Patio Table and Chairs, Sun Umbrella, Pool Blanket and toys all add to your comfort and enjoyment. Underwater lighting in the pool & spa means you can have a swim day or night |
| PC, Broadband and Wireless Network | For your convenience we have added a PC with flat panel LCD display and full broadband internet connection. We have set up MSN on the PC for all the teenagers in the family!!! If you are traveling with your own laptop you can connect to our wireless network - full details are sent with the door codes before you arrive. The PC has Microsoft Windows XP Professional installed along with MS Office and MSN so the kids can gloat to their friends back home ;-) |

Why should I rent directly with you and not through a travel agent?

What time is Check in & Check out?
Arrival can be at any time from 4.00pm

How do we get the keys?
Our villa has a digital entry lock so you do not need a key. The entry code will be supplied with the directions about three weeks before your arrival date.
Do I need a rental car?
Yes!! To get the most out of Orlando a car is a must. It is very easy to drive in Florida and the roads are well sign posted. Make sure that you hire a car that is big enough for you and all your luggage.

Will my young children be safe in the villa?
We have taken as much care as possible to ensure the safety of all our guests. For the younger ones you will be pleased to know that all external doors are linked to the home alarm system and will cause the control panel to bleep as they are opened. The swimming pool also has a 4 foot safety fence between the pool edge and the home so children cannot accidentally fall in. This fence is removable if required. We also have an electronic baby monitor for your use.
What do we need to bring with us?
Nothing - just bring yourselves and some clothes. The villa is fully equiped with everything you could possibly need and want for your holiday vacation
Can I rent a cot (crib) or highchair?
We offer all our younger guests a FREE crib, buggy/stroller, high chair and electronic baby monitor.
