Situated in a cul de sac location on Legacy Park, Florida Dream has a very private south facing pool and spa. The pool and deck have both been extended, so there is ample romm to sit and relax around the pool.There are coloured fibre optic lights to enjoy a swim in the evening. The villa has 3 master suites all with ensuite bathrooms. Two are kingsize and one queen,. One of the masters is on the ground floor for easy access. There are 2 further twin rooms, one 'Nemo'themed for the kids, sharing a fourth bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV and video/DVD player. There are two family rooms downstairs and a 'den' upstairs with a 50" plasma TV. Here you can watch movies and enjoy a glass of wine. The villa has a games room, with full size pool table, electric air hockey, fusball and electrionic darts. The villa also has a PS2 and an Xbox, both with a selection of games. There is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, aswell as a separate formal dining area. The villa also has alaundry room with washer and dryer for your use.
