About Meadow Green Villa
In the quiet subdivision of Sunridge Woods, Meadow Green Villa is 7 miles from Disney and close to golf at Champions Gate and Reunion. The Interstate 4 is close and links to Universal, Seaworld plus the other theme parks and the coast. The villa has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and a twin with two 3ft 6ins beds) and 2 bathrooms (one en suite to the Master bedroom). The family room has 2- 3 seater sofas, a TV, Video, DVD player and a CD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. The villa is fully air conditioned and has overhead paddle fans for added comfort.. The garage holds 2 cars and there is a washing machine and drier. All linens are supplied. The pool is 30ft x 15ft and can be heated at 19 US Dollars per day/ the shallow end is 3 feet and the deep end is 6 feet. There is connection for Hi Speed Internet, just bring your laptop. The house is alarmed and a lock box makes access easy (no looking for Management offices or houses to obtain the key).Backs on to a conservation area so not overlooked, only by birds and butterflies. Areal home from home, ideal for couples or a family holiday.

Telephone or E mail to confirm the dates required. The villa will be reserved for up to 7 days while you complete and return a booking form with the deposit.

Do I have to go to an office for the keys
No, there is a lock box in the porch and we give you the security code before travelling

Yes and it can be set at night when you are in the house

Yes just put your outgoing stamped mail in the mail box and raise the flag, it will be collected.

Booking terms
A deposit of £150 ($200) is due with the completed booking form which becomes the security deposit, repayable at the end of your stay (subject to Management Company Inspection) - not necessary if rental is paid by credit card. Full rental due 8 weeks before travelling.
