THE VILLA
Our executive villa has two levels and is air conditioned throughout. We have 8 TVs, 2 DVDs, XBox, 2 Stereo Systems, A full size Slate pool Table, Air Hockey, and a fully carpeted large Games Room. We also have high speed wireless internet.
LARGE KITCHEN
Our fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dish washer, oven and waste disposal.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room is fully equipped with washing machine, Dryer, and Iron with Iron board.
FAMILY ROOM
The family room has a large 55" TV with video player and DVD player. We also have a stereo system for your entertainment. Seating includes 3 leather sofas.
BREAKFAST DINING AREA
We have two breakfast/dining areas which includes two seating areas to accommodate 12 people and a bar seating area for 4 persons
MASTER BEDROOM
Located on the first floor and south facing with views over the lake. Large king size bed, TV and DVD player, En-suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath, Twin sinks with featured lighting. Hair dryers are also supplied.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS
There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor consisting of 1 queen double with TV, Video player. and two twin bedded bedrooms with TVs.
RELAXATION AREA
We also have a large den area upstairs where you can relax.
on a confortable sofa, Read, or use your lap top. The villa has wireless internet throughout which is password free.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor we have two further bedrooms comprising of 1 queen double bedroom, and 1 twin bedded room. There is also a bathroom between the bedrooms with toilet, walk in shower, wash basin and hair dryer.
THE POOL AND JACUZZI
Outside we have a 30' X 15' shaped pool and an 8' circular jacuzzi suitable for 8 people. The pool is south facing for all day sunshine. We also have a a child's safety fence around the pool and door alarms for extra safety for younger children. For those people who prefer some shade we have a full length lanai to protect you from the suns rays.
WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY
The villa is wheelchair friendly as we have a twin bedroom and a queen double bedroom downstairs with a bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and wash basin between the bedrooms. The twin front doors will open to allow wheelchairs through with ease.
