Our welcoming family owned villa is situated in the peaceful community of Chatham Park. The community offers on site security patrol, children's playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and a community pool. From our pool area you have stunning views of a large lake which is visited by ducks, white crane and turtles. Disney and Sea World are only a 10-15 minute drive away, with the 192 which is full of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions is a short drive from the villa. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and will sleep 6. The villa boasts a large south facing pool which is not overlooked by any neigbouring villas.

About Florida Dream Lets Villa In The Heart Of Kissimme
Our villa is the ideal base for exploring incredible beaches, and trying exciting watersports, with the Atlantic coast to the East and the Central & South West Gulf Coasts to the West.Kissimmee is situated almost in the centre of the sunny Florida peninsula, within easy reach of Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Tampa and St Petersburg. Florida is also the home of West Palm Beach, Miami and the famous Key West.
Attractions and theme parks make Kissimmee, the ideal place for a family holiday. Walt Disney World is a must for children and adults of all ages; Medieval Times is an exciting medieval experience you won't forget in a hurry; Arabian Nights gives you a taste of far eastern pleasure; Cape Canaveral is an out of this world experience; or Universal Studios, which will give you a taste of the special effects from the movies. And don't forget Sea World, with its wonders of the deep - visit Shamu the Killer Whale, or Dolphin Cove, or marvel at the antics of the penguins!
Slightly farther afield is Busch Gardens, with its exciting roller coaster rides, and further south there are the Florida Keys.

| The Kitchen | A modern kitchen with all the amenities you could wish for. Large stove, full size dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, 'fridge/freezer with ice making machine, coffee maker, waste disposal unit and all the utensils and crockery needed, and a Kettle! |
| The Master Bedroom | Wow! The master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, dressing table and bedside tables. The bedroom has its own cable television and access to the en suite bathroom. |
| The En Siute bathroom | Here you wil find a vanity unit, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The bathroom also has a large closet where all the linen for the villa is kept. |
| Bedroom 2 | Bedroom two has a queen bed, dressing table, bedside cabinets and a walk-in closet. |
| Bedroom 3 | Bedroom three has twin beds, bedside cabinets and a walk-in closet and is decorated in a Disney theme. |
| 2nd Bathroom | Bathroom two services these two bedrooms and contains a vanity unit, bath/shower and a toilet. |
| Games Room | The villa has a double garage which contains the full size washing machine and tumble dryer. ...and The Games Room Foosball Table, Air Hockey, Netball Practice and Dart Board. Now the kids can't say they have "nothing to do"! |
| The pool | Your own large, fully screened and heated swimming pool which is south facing and looks out on to a lake with a fountain. The pool decking area has been extended to give you even more room to soak up the Florida sunshine or for your al fresco dining. So go on, spoil yourself! |
