About Villa
Our fully detached, ceramic tiled villa has 3 large bedrooms. Bedroom one with a 6 foot bed, cable tv and barhroom ensuite, with sliding doors to the patio and huge pool area. Bedroom 2 has cable tv and a 5 foot bed and is opposite the family bathroom. The large third bedroom has 3 twin beds, 2 of which can be made into another 6 foot bed, as linen is supplied. Large lounge dining area with cable tv, dvd and cd player. Large fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances, full electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, iron etc and a dining area with sliding doors out to the covered lanai, and huge deck area and oversize pool with ample room for everyone to sit out in the sun (not all cramped up as in so many other homes) The large garden is surrounded by a 6 foot high peep proof fence for maximum privacy.There is a seperate utility room and ample parking on the front drive for 2 cars. The garage is for owners use only.

What is your minimum rental and from what day must I commence rental
You can rent any day to any day, for a minimum stay of one week. Prices are pro rated for odd days
Are there any extras?
Our rates INCLUDE sales tax(13%) and INCLUDE the cleaning charge. The only extra is for gas pool heat IF you choose to take it.
Pets and smoking
We do not allow pets, and smoking is really not acceptable inside the home.
Is the home good for people with reduced mobility
yes it is all on one level, and there is wheelchair access to all rooms except the master shower room. There is ample room around the pool for safe use of a wheelchair. We have added grab handles in one bathroom and have had several wheelchair users in the home. It is advised that you discuss your specific needs with us prior to renting though. We will assist if we can.
Are children welcome
Yes and we provide baby equipment. Highchair and crib, at no extra cost.
Are shops and restaurants nearby
Yes you can walk to a Walmart (open 24/7) and can walk to the 192 near marker 10, for a huge selection of restaurants and shops. There are also several bars within walking distance. (but not so close as to be a problem)
How far is it to the parks
Disney/Epcot are within 8 (accurate, not imagined) minutes. Most other parks are within about 10 minutes easy drive. You do not have to go on the Interstate 4 with its traffic problems, to get to the parks. We are about 3 miles from Disney.
Is the area safe?
Yes we constantly come out best for lowest crime figures in central florida...we are SO close to Disney, we get lots of very friendly police presence. They will wave and sometimes stop for a chat and a soft drink.

Terms and condtions
We take a £100 or $200 security deposit to hold the home.
Full rental (on top of this deposit) is taken 10 weeks propr to rental commencing. full joining instructions are sent to you upon full payment, and the keys are sent to you about 2 weeks before rental commences (for UK residents) For other renters the keys will be supplied at the house in a secure lockbox...not on the front door...details of which are given 2 weeks before you leave your home for the vacation. Your security deposit is refunded in full after rental, subject to no loss or damage to the home. A contract is completed with names of your party, and only named persons may occupy the home.
