About Havenside

HAVENSIDE can accommodate upto 10 guests. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The 2 matser suites, one King and one Queen, are both en-suite. The other two rooms are both twin bedded. A double sofa bed is provided in the lounge, which will sleep a further two guests. All linens and towels are supplied at no extra cost, along with stroller, cot (crib) & high chair, however please bring your own baby linen.

The fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen overlooks the large family room, which makes for easy enteraining. There is a downstairs WC which leads off the deck, as well as being accessed near the laundry room which contains a large automatic washing machine and a separate tumble drier. The kitchen contains all the usual equipment, including a micro-wave, dishwaher, fridge/freezer, large cooker, coffee maker, kettle, juicer & toaster.

HAVENSIDE contains 5 televisions, 1 in each bedroom plus the family room, with over 70 cable channels available. There is also a DVD player, with a selection of DVDs, and a PS/2 (with a selection of games) in the family room. High speed internet access is also provided. A CD player with a selection of CDs is also available. There is also a games room containing table tennis, air hockey & darts. Finally there are a number of board games as well. Free incoming and all North American outgoing calls are free.

The large pool and spa contain underwater lighting and optional heating (recommended between October & April). A child safety fence is provided along with a table, parasol, chairs & sun loungers.

HAVENSIDE is only 5 minutes from Interstate 4, which means Walt Disney World is less than 15 minutes away. Local amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, petrol (gas), pharmacy and golf are less than 4 minutes drive.
