We were a family of 5 that stayed in this lovely villa with a really spacious pool and pool area for 15 nights. We hired a car and drove to all the Universal Theme Parks and after some long days came back to a comfortable villa. Clean and tidy and all the appliances that you could ask for. The area is beautiful with friendly neighbours. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

A real wonder in Westridge

This is a real gem, located just off Highway 27 and close to all amenities due to its proximity to the I-4 and Hwy 192. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood with complete privacy at the swimming pool, which is south-facing and gets the sun all day. The villa itself is spotless and contains everything you will need. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely book again. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Our grown up family stayed at Tracy's villa for two weeks in August 2023. Its very spacious and well equipped with a fabulous pool which isn't overlooked at all. There is plenty of space with all the right bits to make you feel right at home. It represents great value for money compared to some of the other villas closer to Disney.

We spent about 5 weeks here in May/June 2023. The villa is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood for those who want to holiday in peace and quiet, and it feels really safe. The HOA has cameras on the approach road and while it isn't a gated community, there was never any hint of any 'undesirables' loitering anywhere in the whole Westridge development. The pool is wonderful, and just what you need when you get home on those 36C afternoons, though it also has heating available if it's colder. It has a privacy fence all the way around the rear of the house which more or less completely screens you from all neighbours. There is plenty of space around the pool and under cover, and some outdoor furniture if you want to toast yourself in the sunshine. Interior is spacious, air conditioned and it has all the essentials: Roku TV with a zillion channels, fridge/freezer with icemaker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and a large oven. The garage has a washer and dryer as well as a clothes line for drying towels etc, and a big gas barbecue. We would ideally like to add a small TV in the bedrooms to retire with a morning coffee and catch up on the news before getting up (there is only the one in the lounge) but that was about the only thing we missed. There is fast (~200Mbps) Internet with a good wifi signal around the house and outside.
Nearby, an excellent Publix supermarket is just down the US 27 at Berry Town Center and has everything that you need including lots of fresh meat for the large BBQ and propane if you need it. Deliveries are available via Uber Eats etc if you want to eat in but avoid cooking. There are even a couple of British themed pubs close by if you have a longing for a Sunday roast or a full English breakfast, and those also sell a small selection of British-sourced products (like sliced bread and bacon) if you're really not a fan of American 'bacon'. Just beware of some of the prices - $7 for a loaf of sliced bread in one.
Uber to the big theme parks was usually about $30 each way but consider a hire car, we did after the first week and picked one up from Enterprise, about 10 mins south on the US 27. The traffic is usually light on any roads close to the house, just avoid the I-4 if you can. Depending on traffic, it's 30 minutes or so to the main theme parks, and up to a couple of hours to get over to Kennedy on the east coast or Tampa on the west.
The property owners Tracy and John were very responsive to all communications both before and during the visit, and the arrival and departure were seamless and stress-free with both a 'property manual' and quick responses to any emails.
We enjoyed our first proper overseas vacation for 4 years, and will be back when our next holiday plans bring us to Orlando. Recommended.

We had a great two weeks staying at this villa. It was easy to find from the pack that was sent out prior to arrival and everything was clean when we arrived. It is about 30 minutes to the Disney parks on a good run, 40/45 with traffic so we were happy with the location for the parks and for restaurants/shops. We all loved playing in the pool and would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at this property for just over 2 weeks and could not be happier with our choice. The villa itself was lovely, clean and very spacious. The personal touches on our arrival were very appreciated too! The location is great, a short drive from the parks. Overall I would have no problems with recommending this villa to a friend, we really enjoyed our stay (and are already planning the next!)

Just returned from our holiday in Florida and stayed at this Owners Villa. It is a lovely Villa with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Beautiful inside and out. Comfortable and very homely, would definitely stay here again.

Great location off the US27, but far enough away not to hear it! The large pool has a very large deck area with lanai. Sunny all day. Villa clean within primarily a quiet residential area.

Looking for a great villa in a good location, then this is the place to stay in Florida. Clean, comfortable, excellent facilities and the owners were incredibly helpful (Thanks Tracy). More plus's was the option to use the leisure facilities on the site so enjoyed a bit of tennis too. Also made good use of the villa swimming pool, which was a nice size and great for an early morning dip. Supermarkets and restaurants all nearby and access to Disney parks very straight forward. Recommend visiting the state park just a short distance north of the villa. Thanks for an amazing holiday.

This is a great villa to stay in. It was absolutely immaculate on arrival and a huge suprise when walking through the front door. The pictures do not do this lovely villa justice and it is alot bigger than it seems. The rooms are very spacious and the pool and deck is huge! Its ideally located for a quick 30 min drive to Disneyland and about 40 mins to Universal depending on traffic. Communication with Tracy throughout was informative and helpful from start to finish and contact with Steve was easy and he was helpful when he came round to fix the hot water heater (which was literally just a switch we did not see) and would definitely recommend this to rent for holidays. I agree with the below review on the TV having a very select choice of channels and it would definitely benefit from cable. However other than that we had an amazing time in this villa. We have visited the central Florida area for 25 years and this is a great property. The pool deck is huge and has plenty of shade for those who don't want to sit in the sun. The pool is large and clean and well maintained.
We only used one bedroom as we are only a couple who likes to rent houses for the privacy and home from home feel but all bedrooms were a good size. Kitchen was well equipped and the fridge has a built in ice machine.
The garage has a great pool table and table tennis table. The internet and wifi is also very good.
Only things to note that didn't let us give 5 stars was the TV did not have a cable service so the watchable channels were limited, the ceiling fan in the living room is slightly out of balance and as such makes a knocking sound when it's on which is a tad annoying when watching TV and the main bedroom does get warm even with the AC down to 75f and the ceiling fan on. These are just small issues and would not put us off renting here again.
Overall if you're looking for a good place to stay then this is certainly a good property and very recommended.

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks in Florida and the villa could not have been more perfect. Great location within 20 minutes of all the parks and the perfect place to relax after hitting the theme parks every day. We can’t recommend this villa enough - we will be back.

We stayed in for two weeks in Aug 17. The villa is well equipped, with everything you need for the stay and with air con through makes it perfect to cool off.
Owners brilliant to deal with and very communicative throughout.
Will definitely book to stay again if returning to the area.

The villa was absolutely perfect for us, very homely and spacious. Fantastic location near to disney parks and restaurants. Villa is really peaceful after a busy day at the theme parks.
Swimming pool is lovely,really big. Kids loved the pool and the games room.
Owners were fantastic great communications, always happy to answer any questions. Definitely will be using villa again next time we are in Florida.

We spent 2 weeks at Westridge Palms on our first Florida Holiday.
The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful and made sure the stay went smoothly. I agree with other reviewers, that it is even bigger than the photos make it look.
The Westridge area is quiet and perfectly located. Most days we got to Disney in 15 minutes and Universal 30, the route also has 50+ restaurants on it. There are supermarkets and takeaways within 5 minutes drive.
We are completely sold on Florida and will be back.

This was our first try at a Florida Villa holiday, having had numerous hotel holidays, and Westridge Palms leapt out at us as it was on a well established development, one with a lot of space between homes, as well as lots of full time residents. It was blissfully quiet, quite incredibly at night it felt silent! and also very private thanks to a fully fenced garden, a lanai with a welcoming pool, and overall had a very peaceful and homely feel. The owners were a delight to deal with at all times, and called us to ensure we were settled in and happy on our first morning. We loved the location as it worked well for all parks and the great eating up on the 192.
We have been holidaying in Florida since 1989 and for sure this Villa will be on our want list for our next Florida vacation.

Really lovely villa, very relaxing with the worlds biggest pool and deck,plenty of room. Loved the peace and quiet while around the pool. Really nice to be able to use the Communities facilities too, perfect for the children, have already booked for next year
