Our 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Executive Luxury Villa with Hot Tub, private swimming pool, Games Area and High Speed Internet Access is only a 10 minute drive from Disney, and 2 minutes from the attraction packed Highway 192, where you will find a large variety of shops, Restaurants and Entertainment. It is fully Air conditioned and superbly furnished to a high standard for the occupancy of up to 10 people.

The large kitchen with breakfast area is fully equipped to a high standard which includes the following: cooker, large fridge / freezer with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, crockery, toaster and coffee maker.
The large washer and dryer are located in the double garage.

The lounge with ceiling fan and 3 comfortable settees, Large wide screen LCD HD TV with Digital and HD Channels, Hi-Fi system, DVD player and Video player enable you to relax and unwind. A selection of videos and DVD’s are provided for your use.

The dining room with large mirrored wall enhances the wrought iron glassed topped table and wrought iron padded chairs.

Bedroom 1 is the first Master bedroom with King-Sized bed, 20" Television with digital cable channels, DVD Player, Telephone, Ceiling Fan and Large En-suite with twin vanity unit, twin corner bath, toilet and large walk in shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 is the second master bedroom with Queen-Sized bed, 19" LCD TV connected to cable, DVD player, telephone, ceiling fan and en-suite with vanity unit, toilet and large walk in shower cubicle

Bedroom 3 is a children’s Scooby Doo themed room, which has a double bed with single bunk above, Games Console, 20" TV connected to cable, DVD Player and VCR. A fold away single bed is provided.

Bedroom 4 has a lighthouse theme with twin beds with 20" TV connected to cbale, DVD Player, ceiling fan and lights above the beds.

Bathroom 3 has toilet, bath with shower over and a vanity unit.

All bedrooms have large walk in closets and drawer units.

Scooby Doo's Games Area has a Pool Table, Table Football, Air Hockey Table and an Electronic Soft tipped Dartboard.

The Pool Area is fenced giving you privacy to enjoy the 26' by 13' Heated Swimming Pool, Spa / Hot Tub and for our younger guests their own Children's Pool.
The main pool is 3ft to 5ft deep and the children's pool is 18 inches deep.
The villa has a covered Lanai giving you shade to enjoy an “Al-Fresco” meal around the patio table. An Electric BBQ Grill is provided.
The Large Deck area with padded Chairs, Reclining Chairs, Loungers and Stools provides ample space to enjoy the Florida Sunshine.

Why not hire our manual wheel chair, saving you having to walk to the rental office at the Parks and have the freedom to use it whilst out shopping.

The villa is located on the up market development of Indian Point 0.5 mile from Highway 192 where you will find many varieties of restaurants shops and attractions. Most major attractions are within a 25-minute drive.

A full alarm system, smoke detectors and safe are installed for your peace of mind.

A few of the items included in our villa at no extra cost are: cot/bedding, high chair, hair dryers, 3 sets of golf clubs, tennis racquets and pool heating.


Indian Point has a large community swimming pool, jogging trail, tennis court and 2 play areas for children.
There are numerous golf courses within a short drive of the villa.
