About Florida-Dream-Villa
Our beautiful single storey home completed in April 2005 is situated on the peaceful, conservation, upmarket development of Sandy Ridge, 2.5 miles east of Junction 58 of the I4, just past Reunion and only 10 minutes from Disney World main gate. It is situated in a secluded location with views of the woodland conservation areas to the front and rear of the property.The property has been fitted out personally by the owners (not the typical vacation home rental furniture ) so if you want luxury and style in a great location, at an attractive price with the highest standards in vacation accommodation, then our premium luxury vacation home will certainly not disappoint.
Our luxury home has been designed and furnished to a very high standard, represents great value for money and will ensure you have a fantastic holiday.
You are only a short drive away from Disney and other major attractions. Our villa accommodates 2 to 12 people in 5 bedrooms in luxury and comfort. You can sleep, eat, swim, watch cable TV or DVDs, play games on the Playstation 2, play air hockey or table football or table tennis in our games room, or relax in comfort and privacy.
Make yourself comfortable in our luxury vacation home. Enjoy a swim in the private heated pool, or relax in the spa. Making a home-cooked meal is easy in the fully fitted kitchen, or use the BBQ. Alternatively grab a take-out and eat by the pool.
If you are looking for excitement and Theme Parks you cannot be better placed, as our villa is only 10 minutes from Disney World Maingate. Seaworld, Universal Studios, and many more fantastic theme parks, are also only a short drive away.
If its Golf courses that you want, Champions Gate is only 3 minutes away and there are many more courses within a short drive. Shops, designer malls, shows, and restaurants, are all located within a short drive of our villa on Sandy Ridge.
Add to this the fabulous Florida climate you will certainly have a truly fantastic luxury holiday staying at our Florida-Dream-Home in the Sunshine State.
If you need to stay in contact or just need the internet then we have provided a computer with DSL high speed wireless conection for our guests.
| Facility | Description |
| Lounge | The lounge area incorporates a luxurious leather suite comprising of a large sofa, love seat and arm chair. Coffee table and occasional tables with ample soft lighting to provide a comfortable family area. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the lounge and take in the view of the pool, deck area and the conservation woodlands beyond as you look through the patio doors leading out onto the lanai. The entertainment centre houses a 32” Sony TV, a combination VCR / DVD player plus a stereo CD / radio music system . A small selection of DVD’s are provided. |
| Kitchen & Nook | The kitchen is fully equipped and comprises of a large cooker with self cleaning oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is a plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glasses, as well as tumblers that are suitable for use around the pool. The kitchen area also has a breakfast bar with four swivel bar stools plus further seating in the breakfast nook. A telephone is situated on the breakfast bar and a wall- mounted fire extinguisher has been fitted in the pantry for your safety. The laundry area in the garage contains a full size washing machine and tumble drier. A laundry basket, iron and ironing board are all supplied. | Dining Area | The dining area features a glass top table and 6 comfortable chairs complete with overhead Venetian glass pendant lighting. Great for more formal dining occasions. |
| Master Bedroom 1 | The first Master bedroom has a king size bed in burred walnut, a walk in wardrobe, two 2-drawer bedside units with lamps and a large dresser with mirror. There is also a 14” cable TV, separate DVD player, a telephone and clock radio. There is also a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit with lights and mirror above, a mirrored wall cabinet, a separate toilet and double width walk-in shower with seating. |
| Master Bedroom 2 | The second Master bedroom has a King sleigh bed and beautiful cherry furniture, which includes two bedside units with lamps and a large dresser with mirror plus a fitted wardrobe. The room is also fitted out with a 14” cable TV, DVD player plus clock radio. A ceiling fan has also been provided. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, vanity unit with lights and mirror above, a mirrored wall cabinet and a walk-in shower. |
| 3rd Bedroom | The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a fitted wardrobe, bedside unit with lamp and a large dresser with mirror. It also features a 14” cable TV with separate DVD player. As with all the rooms this one also has a ceiling fan. |
| 1st Twin Bedroom | The first of two twin bedrooms sleeps two people in twin beds in comfort and incorporates a bedside unit with lamp, clock radio, a large fitted wardrobe plus a wall mirror. There is also Sony PS2 play station connected to the 19” cable TV , the play station will also play DVD’s. A number of play station games have been provided. |
| 2nd Twin Bedroom | The second twin bedroom sleeps two people in twin beds and includes a bedside unit with lamp and large fitted wardrobe. There is also a 16” cable TV with separate DVD player plus a clock radio |
| Main Bathroom | The main bathroom is also the pool bath and has easy access from the pool area, it incorporates a toilet, vanity unit with lights and mirror above, plus a bath with shower. |
| Games Room | The games area is also located in the garage and has a full size 7 ft air hockey table a football table and table tennis. There is a fan and light system for improved lighting and playing conditions. |
| Pool Area | An outstanding feature of the villa is the extended screened deck area which contains the private heated 28’x14’ swimming pool plus spa with fantastic views of the conservation woodland. The lanai which has a fan and light houses an octagonal table and 4 luxury padded chairs, other poolside furniture, include two padded sun loungers with foot stools and two chaise loungers all with doubled sided padded cushions. The pool and decking area are private with an open aspect to the rear giving great views of woodland containing Florida’s natural flora and fauna. The pool and spa can be lit at night using the under water lights. Access to this area is via the pool doors from the lounge or through the pool bath area. For the winter months an electric pool heater is available at an additional cost. Please be advised that there is a Pool alarm on patio doors leading to the swimming area for the children’s safety. Please note that the pool door alarm has nothing to do with alarm system installed in the villa. |

I'm so very glad we decided to go with the Ray and Pat’s home. They made our trip special and wonderful. Let me give you a quick example. We were arriving on Christmas eve. I was terribly concerned about stores and restaurants being closed by time we got there and the next day. Ray contacted his management company for help. They actually grocery shopped for me with my list and didn't even charge me a service fee or anything! I could not believe it.
The house is in amazing condition. Everything is new. The bedding is better than what I have at my own home. It is extremely well cared for and we didn't have a single problem while there. Ray and Pat truly go the extra mile."
