About Rico's Villa

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms home is beautifully decorated Floridian style and offers all the comfort and amenities necessary to make your vacation unique.

We have a pool than can be heated, with spacious lanai furnished with lounge chairs, table and four chairs which allows for outdoor enjoyment year round. Charcoal BBQ is provided at no extra charge. Nice neon light makes nighttime swimming a pleasure.

Our converted garage serves as the Games Room and provides Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball table and Dart Game. We also have a wide array of Disney and other children’s movies as well as board games for the entire family to enjoy.

The spacious living room has big screen TV, with digital cable box and a DVD/VCR player. Dining Room offers seating for 6 and the fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook. Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender and all cooking and eating utensils are provided.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, TV with cable connection, a desk with cable/modem high speed internet access (for your laptop), phone and clock radio. En-suite bathroom offers tub and separate shower, double sinks, as well a spacious walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a full size bed, while the third and fourth bedroom each have two twin size beds. One of these bedrooms has a TV with the Game Cube and PS2 video game consoles to keep your children entertained. A variety of video games provided.
