Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of £125 / US$200 per week is required for each week booked.
Confirmation of your booking along with an invoice for the final balance will be sent to you. This final balance is due 2 calendar months before the arrival date. If the final balance and security deposit (as detailed below) are not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
If the booking date is less than 10 weeks before the arrival date then the full payment is payable at the time of booking.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of £200 / US$300 is charged, which will be payable along with your final balance, to be refunded within 28 days of returning home, subject to confirmation with our management company that the villa and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival. Any damage, breakages etc. will be paid for from the security deposit.
Should any accidental damage exceed £200 / US$300 we reserve the right to claim from you the additional costs incurred to repair.
Pool Heat: If required this may be requested at the time of booking and paid for within the final balance. Clearly, we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool as this will vary according to several factors, the main one being the prevailing weather conditions.
Arrival/Departure: The rental commences at 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ceases at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Use of the villa: It is very important to note that only persons identified on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property. The party leader agrees not to sub-let, share or assign the property to any other person not authorised by the owner.
Absolutely no pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted in the lanai (outside) area only. Breach of these conditions will render your booking void and all monies, including security deposit, will be forfeited.
Pool Safety: Use of the pool is at your own risk and you must observe the safety rules displayed. No diving in the swimming pool is permitted and guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool area at any time.
For child safety, an alarm is placed on the patio doors which can be disabled via a 'bypass' button.
No glass is allowed in the pool area or deck, plastic items are provided specifically for pool use.
Internet Access Service: You may access the Internet through your own computer equipment via the provided wireless modem. This service is provided free of charge, however, must be requested on the Booking Form for the necessary security access code to be provided to you in advance. We cannot be held responsible for any failure or non availability in this service for any reason.
Cancellation: We must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of your cancellation. Should you cancel your booking the following will apply:
More than 2 calendar months before departure: Deposit forfeited
Between 1 and 2 calendar months before departure: 50% of total cost forfeited
Less than 28 days before departure: 100% of total cost forfeited
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the booking we will make every effort to relocate you to a similar property of comparable comfort and quality or will refund all monies already paid by you, no other liability is accepted.
Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any loss, damages or delay occasioned by any events beyond our control e.g. severe weather, strikes, riots, terrorist activity, closure of airports, primary equipment failure, failure of utilities.
Liability: We, the owners, our agents and representatives do not accept and will not be held liable for any death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects or consequential loss however caused as a result of this booking/ contract.
Insurance: It is essential that you take out adequate travel or similar insurance, including for cancellation, medical expenses and liability protection.
