Whether you will be "doing Disney" or just want to get away from it all and relax, chill out and do nothing but laze by the pool, our home will fit the bill! it is superbly located being just a couple of roads away from the Osceola Parkway which leads straight into Disney (15 mins.) - the other bonus is after a long haul flight we are just over 11 miles from the airport.Situated in a residential area, the villa itself is extremely spacious and comfortable, the pool area is very private as it overlooks a conservation area - all you need to do is pack a change of clothes, your toothbrush, swimming costume, almost everything else is at the villa - why stay in a cramped hotel room when 2100 sq. ft of air conditioned luxury could be yours !
The villa has been inspected and is licensed anually by the State of Florida.

The maximum number we sleep is 8 people plus baby to sleep in cot/crib, there are no sleep sofas or rollaway beds.
