Welcome to our wonderful Orlando Disney home, "Paradise Villa."

Thank you for taking the time to view and enquire about our fantastic Davenport Vacation Rental Villa by Disney, Orlando. This house is a great Orlando rental home for the vacation of a lifetime.

Paradise Villa is the complete ultimate in luxury. It is our very attractive, private, six bedroom, four bathroom villa, situated on the beautiful Hampton Lakes development, 10 minutes from Disney.

It is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions that Disney and Florida have to offer. The villa has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard.

The house has 2800 square feet of living space and is located on a south-west facing corner plot.

The house sleeps 15 people and has three master suites. One has a king-size bed, and the other two both have queen-size beds.

There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a Disney themed children's bedroom with triple bunk beds.

The house has a spacious living room that has in it three leather sofas, a large 52-inch colour TV, DVD, VCR and a CD player. There is a beautiful solid oak entertainment unit around the TV. There are a set of patio doors that lead onto the poolside.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, ice maker, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar.

There is a dining room with a table and chairs that seat eight people.

There is a fully air-conditioned game room that has in it a pool table, leather sofa and a 27-inch colour TV.

The southwest-facing pool has been completely fenced in for total privacy. This is very private and lets you relax and enjoy your vacation whilst also having peaceful quiet time to yourself.

The pool is 30 ft x 15ft and the decking was extended to 50 ft by 25 feet. There is a poolside BBQ grill, floodlights, tables, chairs and sun loungers.

We have just added a new free standing hottub.

Every bedroom in the villa has a TV and telephone. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
