V.I.P. is a new luxurious vacation home which features high quality furniture and fittings throughout. Each room has a T.V. with cable. No expense has been spared; the downstairs flooring is tiled to a very high standard (excluding downstairs bedrooms).

Entrance hall-way leading to:
To the left – downstairs shower room / utility room and door leading to garage converted to carpeted games room which hosts: 8ft pool table / 7-8ft air hockey table / football table and dart-board.
Queen Bedroom to your right – Walk in wardrobe, matching bed and furniture and soft furnishings.
Formal Dining Room - Hand carved dining table with 2 carver and 4 chairs complete with formal dining table wear. Door way leads to gourmet kitchen area.
Kitchen – Integrated kitchen complete with all necessary appliances which will make the short time you will spend in there enjoyable.
Family / Living Room – Relax in comfort with our luxury leather sofas and fantastic multi-media system. Open plan layout into the breakfast nook.
Breakfast Nook – Glass and wrought iron French style table and 4 chairs with 2 breakfast bar stools. Patio doors open out onto the sun drenched fully furnished patio and pool area.
Pool Area – The pool is westly facing which will maximise the sunlight throughout the day. The surrounding area around the pool has been extended so you have more space to relax on the patio furniture provided. As the pool faces a conservation area you privacy is protected as well as a fantastic view.
Also downstairs comprises of shower-room, fully equipped utility room and garage which has been converted to a games room.

Upstaris on the main landing there is a balcony overlooking the family / living room.
Twin rooms (x2) - 1 designed for small children the second designed for teenagers and/or young adults. These rooms are equipped with Playstation consoles.
Queen bedroom - En-suite facilities and fully fitted matching furniture finished with soft furnishings.
