About Villa Betty Boo
Villa Betty Boo is located in the gated Hampton Lakes Community on Hwy 27 just off the I4. We are 2 minutes from a large Pubix supermarket, with shops and restaurants, a sports bar showing international live sports, a nail bar & pizza & Chinese takeaways.Our villa is situated very close to all the attractions, Disney is 10 mins. away, Universal 20mins.
The highly renowned Highlands Reserve par 72 Golf Course is accross the road, there are many more courses within a short drive. Champions Gate only 10 mins.
There are many restaurants within 10 minutes on Hwy 192, the Outback, Carrabbas, Red Lobster to name but a few! The shopping is second to none in
Orlando, the Premier Mall is just 10 minutes from us, with the Florid Mall about 25 minutes drive.
The new Premium outlet at the Beltz is hugh and is at the end of International Drive 20 minutes from us.
Our villa is fully air conditioned and has central heating. The pool is floodlit with a privacy screen and can be heated at an additional cost (£9 per day, only needed in winter months)and has a pool blanket. There is also a £30 cleaning charge on bookings under 7 nights. There is a BBQ for your use.

| Lounge | There are two lounge areas, this one is the formal living room with two three seater sofas and a dining table with seating for up to 10 persons. The other is the family room which opens onto the pool, it has a two seater sofa and a three seater sofa bed plus a 42' HD Plasma cable tv and dvd player. |
| Kitchen | The kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge/freezer, large cooker, microwave, waste disposal unit, coffee maker and toaster etc. along with all the necessary cooking utensils and crockery for 10 people. There is a telephone with all local calls free of charge (for long distance you can purchase a phone card from all major outlets and supermarkets) There is a table with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar seperating the kitchen from the family room. The utility room contains a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board and vacume etc. |
| Master Bedroom | THE MASTER BEDROOM is tastefully furnished and consists of a 5' king size bed, bed-side tables, alarm clock radio, television, a large walk in closet with security safe and en-suite bathroom. This room overlooks the pool. |
| BEDROOM 2 | Has a 5' king size bed, alarm clock radio, large fitted wardrobes, bed-side tables and is again furnished to a very high standard. |
| BEDROOMS 3 AND 4 | Have 2 twin beds in each room along with bed-side cabinets clock radios and fitted wardrobes. TV/Playstation 2 plus games. |
| Pool Area | The pool area is situated at the back of the villa with patio doors leading to the family room, it has a large deck area with table chairs and sun loungers. The pool has a cover for the winter months and is enclosed by a lanai to keep it free from insects. The pool and deck are floodlit for nights use. |
| Utility Room | THE UTILITY ROOM houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board, hoover etc. |
| Games Room | Brand new (Sept'06) with pool table, foosball table, electrnic basketball and electronic darts. |

We really enjoyed staying at the villa, it was very nicely furnished & comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and very well maintained. Very easy access to highways and easy to find the different amusement parks."
