About Primrose Villa
Southern Dunes is a gated community located South of Orlando and Kissimmee on Highway 27.Facilities include tennis courts, clubhouse with exercise room and pool table, a community swimming pool, and an eighteen hole award winning PGA championship golf course, rated 4 star by Golf digest.
In addition to the golfing facilities there is a childrens play area, and a fishing lake.
Within walking distance there is a 24- hour supermarket and a 24- hour Wal Mart. Fast food outlets and banks are nearby.
A large shopping mall, Eagle Ridge, is just fifteen minutes drive away.
Southern Dunes is ideally located for all major attractions :
Disney approx 20 mins drive.
Universal studios / islands of adventure , 25 mins.
Busch Gardens and kennedy space centre approx 1 hour.
For golfers there is also an on site 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse. Our home is furnished to a very high standard with hand picked ( not package ) furniture.
The home is fully equipped for, and can accommodate up to ten guests when using the sofa bed. Crib / highchair are available if required.
