The home has FREE full secured wireless Broadband Internet access throughout. Why not surf the internet whilst outside by the pool? The home is set with a true SOUTH FACING aspect, ensuring Sun all day long.We have a lock box adjacent to the front door which will contain the keys for your arrival. | LIVING ROOM | The spacious fully tiled living room is well furnished with comfortable sofas, a bed settee, chairs and occasional tables and lamps. It has a large flat screen television with a large selection of cable channels, separate compact disc/Hi-Fi, multi region DVD player, DVD library of films, book library and also a large Music CD library. It is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fan/lights. This light luxurious living room has a large semi circular window facing South onto the pool and Lake. There are large glazed, alarmed doors which open out onto the pool area and gives Southern views over the lake and conservation area. You can sit in the living room with unrestricted views along the full length of the private lake. The high galleried ceilings give the room the typical Florida feel and maximises the bright living space. |

| FAMILY BATHROOM | This luxurious bathroom is located off the hallway and has wash basin, large mirror bath tub, shower, and toilet. The floors are fully tiled. The family bathroom has all bed linens and towels provided and hairdryer. |
| KITCHEN | The fully tiled kitchen is equipped with cooker/oven/grill, microwave, American fridge/freezer with ices maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, coffee machine/filter, together with all your plates, glasses, cutlery, linens, etc. There is a large area of worktops and all your cutlery, glasses, table and silver ware is provided. There are sealed containers, ice blocks, etc for your use. The kitchen also has a separate second dinning area or 'nook' which seats six people. This less formal dinning area has large glazed alarmed doors which look out over the swimming pool and Lake views. This dinning area is popular with guests due to its views and access onto the large extended lanai or pool deck area. |
| SHADED LANAI | The glazed doors from the kitchen dinning area lead onto a private shaded covered lanai which has a ceiling fan and light for those evenings outside. The table and comfortable chairs gives al-fresco eating in the shade. the large extended Lanai or pool deck looks South over the Lake and gives a private area in which to unwind. |
| POOL AND LANAI | The pool can be accessed from either the living room or Dinning area glazed doors which are both alarmed for your safety. The lanai is extended to give more space than most homes. It has a large sun bathing area and has plenty of sun beds, chairs, a rocking chair and foot stools for your comfort. The crystal blue swimming pool is surrounded by a Florida mesh pool screen with double doors leading onto the grassed garden area down to the waters edge. The pool measures over 24' long by over 15' across and varies in depth from 3' to over 6'. The pool is situated on an extended pool lanai and is in full Sun all day. The pool also stays warm and inviting for most months of the year due to its Southern exposure. The pool has a built in filter and light and is professionally maintained and cleaned by our Management team. The crystal clear waters circulate all day keeping the pool in pristine condition. NB If the Sun is out, the pool is in full Sun, unlike many homes which do not face South and may mean you having to re site your sun beds through the day ! There is a small landscaped area within the pool enclosure. This is planted with a small palm and plants and has solar lights. The Southern aspect ensures all day sun in a totally covered pool to protect you from any insects but still enabling a tan. True luxury at its best.Another feature of this home, being no fences at the rear of the home and NO homes behind you, just open unrestricted views which are private and unrestricted. The pool has a built in 'seated area' so that you can simply sit and relax in the water. Many homes are ' back to back ' and prevent privacy when using the pool or sun bathing. You can swim and sun bathe in private at your leisure without noise or disruption from neighbouring homes. The extended lanai or pool deck gives plenty of room for the sun beds and chairs ( no fighting to get your towels out in the morning here!) The pool and lanai also has lights for those cooling evening swims after the 'parks'. The pool lanai and deck c an be lit and the pool also has built in light.The pool can be heated in the cooler months, which is recommended, Oct to Feb (see rates/prices).However due to the Southerly aspect the pool does stay warm throughout the other months. | LAKE VIEWS | This is one of the homes many advantages over similar Villas. This home has a beautiful location with South facing views over a Lake AND Conservation, most homes have only one of these specifications. We have the best of both !. Many of our guests love to sit and watch the many visitors to our Lake. You can sit by the pool and observe the wild life which live in or frequent the Lake Early morning visitors to the Lake start your day with a tranquil and natural serenity whilst you eat your breakfast. You will not want to go out. In the evening different visitors can be seen visiting the Lake and enable you to unwind after a hectic day at the 'Parks'. |
