Our Kissimmee villa is the ideal base for incredible beaches and watersports with the Atlantic coast to the East and the Central & South West Gulf Coasts to the West.Kissimmee is situated almost in the centre of the sunny Florida peninsula, within easy reach of Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Tampa and St Petersburg. Florida is also the home of West Palm Beach, Miami and the famous Key West.
Attractions and theme parks make Kissimmee, Florida, the ideal place for a family holiday. Walt Disney World ~ a must for children and adults of all ages, Medieval Times ~ an experience not to forget, Arabian Nights ~ far eastern pleasure, Cape Canaveral ~ space travel centre of the world and of course Sea World with its delights from the deep. A tour of Universal Studios will expose those special effects from great movies.
Elegantly furnished to provide our guest with maximum comfort during their stay our villa is spacious and light with a 24-foot lounge area for that relaxed atmosphere. It features a deep-pile carpet, vaulted cathedral ceiling, two feature windows which looks out to the pool area and a comfortable corner suite to die for . A 32-inch colour television with 70+ cable channels, a DVD player with a 30+ DVD selection ,VCR player and home music centre is also available for our guests to use. Our holiday villa in Kissimmee, Florida is among the finest accommondation to rent.

| Lounge & Dining Room | The spacious lounge adjoins the dining area where there is a large table and chairs which will comfortably seat six people for an evening family get together or for those Special Romantic Dinners. It also overlooks the pool/lanai area. |
| Kithen | The fully-fitted open plan kitchen has all the modern-day conveniences you will need on your well-earned break. From the dishwasher to the microwave oven, standard hob and oven and a large (American size) refrigerator. There is also a waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle and iron and ironing board. We can also supply a starter food package for when you arrive. There will be a Welcome pack which includes Tea and Coffee free of charge and will be awaiting on your arrival. The kitchen area is also large enough to accommodate a breakfast table with four chairs. |
| Master Bedroom | The master bedroom has a californian king bed, bedside cabinets, a full size dresser with chest of drawers, cable television and a DVD player. A walk in wardrobe contains the fold away travel cot with bedding and a safe for your valuables, also available for our guests you will find a stroller and childs high chair. Leading from the master bedroom is the en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom which has a large walk-in shower, a toilet, a vanity unit with wash basin and a large closet which contains some of the household linen. |
| 2nd Bedroom | The second bedroom is elegantly decorated with a queen size bed, bedside cabinets, a large dressing table and a walk-in closet which contains a twin roll out bed for the children if required. |
| 3rd Bedroom | This is the villa's Disney themed bedroom for the children which has twin beds, a bedside cabinet and a large walk-in closet. |
| Pool Area | The sparkling pool at the rear of the property has a 30-foot length and a 15-foot width pool.It is Proessionally maintained on a weekly basis and is surrounded by a very large pool deck area. The lanai, (or undercover porch), has a table, chairs and sun loungers for our guests to enjoy. There is also a large gas barbecue for al fresco dining and pool toys for the childrens' pool use. The pool has solar heating, but should you require extra heating during the winter months, it can be supplied. There are no other villas overlooking the rear of the property and you will enjoy uninterrupted sunbathing. The property is surrounded by manicured gardens. |
| Games Room | Our large games room has a seven-foot billiard table, a foosball table, (football table), table tennis and also, for the adults, a poker table with cards and playing chips. A ceiling fan is also fitted to keep you cool. You will also find in the room a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a gas barbecue for our guests to use if they just fancy a night in after a long day at the parks. |
