About The Oaks
FacilitiesLuxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom very spacious villa with screened heatable Private Pool. Located on the sought after Chatham Park only 10 minutes, (less than 6 miles)from Disney. Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. On Chatham Park there is a children's play area, basketball and tennis courts along with a communal pool for you to use.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET AND FREE USE OF DESKTOP COMPUTER.
In the family room you have Cable TV DVD, VCR, PS2 with games and CD player, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, a formal dining area and a formal lounge. In the master bedroom, a King sized bed with full en suite facilities + bidet. All bedrooms also feature Cable TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom's have twin beds in each room and the family bathroom is fully equipped + bidet. All bedrooms and family areas are equipped with ceiling fans. Air conditioning throughout. All doors to the pool are fitted with child safety alarms. We have installed a safe for your use free of charge. The villa has a full size washer and drier for your convenience.
Play Station in bedroom 3.
2 hairdryers.
A selection of games, DVD's, videos and books for all ages are available.
For children we have a Maclaren stroller with Buggy Board, Graco Tavel cot, high chair and a stage 2 car seat (9mths-2yrs) are all provided free of charge.
We also provide 2 sets of golf clubs & tennis racquets with balls.

Are there any 'hidden extras?'
No. All my prices include all taxes and end of stay clean. Pool heat if reqested is extra.
Is your villa really 10 minutes to Disney, as a few years ago we stayed somewhere that took us 40 minutes each day
Yes. Chatham Park is a true 10 minutes to Disney's MGM and Downtown areas. Please be aware that the Disney Estate is the size of Greater Manchester so reaching all of the park in 10 minutes is not possible, but I am aware that some people make false claims on thier properties location. Ask them to provide map quest directions to a location you know to give you a good idea
We have a small child in our group. Do you have a cot or high chair?
Yes. For our younger visitors we provide a high chair, Maclaren stroller, Buggy board, Graco pack n play travel cot, and baby monitor. Plus a stage 2 car seat (9mths-2yrs). There are alarms on all doors leading to the pool area. There are toys for all ages including Pool inflatable's, games, books, DVD’s and videos for all ages including a PS2 in the family room and a PS1 in bedroom 3.
