You enter ‘Sandy Point Villa’ from our covered porch into a lovely family living area which offers a large 38" screen with ‘pause and record’ Cable TV, DVD/video player, family board games selection & small book library with, of course, ample seating & lighting for a comfortable evenings relaxation.

The open plan design leads onto the dining area and adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen which offers a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, coffee-maker (for our British guests we also provide the essential Teapot, stand and cosy !!, toaster, blender, slow-cooker, radio/CD player, waste-disposal unit and all the pots and pans, crockery and cutlery you could possibly need if you are so inclined to cater for yourself. We also have a wireless telephone and answering machine here (with additional handset upstairs) - !!!!FREE UNLIMITED CALLS WITHIN U.S !!!!

There is, of course a Utility/Laundry area with large-capacity washer & dryer (bring less with you and save space for the shopping at the Malls???) which in turn leads to the Games-room with Pool table, air-hockey & table-football . We also keep a George Foreman BBQ and 2 strollers here for use during your stay and various pool toys & inflatables.

To finish the ground-floor walk-through we have our ‘Pool bathroom’ with WC and sink which also gives access onto the pool-deck.

Outside the stylish paved pool deck with 26’ pool & separate Spa is fitted with sequenced coloured pool-lights. Relax in the Sun-loungers whilst the more energetic splash safely in the pool (maximum 5’ depth) or dine ‘al-fresco’ with large parasol to shade you from the sunshine. Happily we are not overlooked from the rear but also offer ‘privacy’ fencing to either side.

All our bedrooms are upstairs and the first, our ‘Master-suite’ is an unusually large room with a very roomy King-size bed, cable TV/DVD-player in a cabinet, telephone handset, clock-radio, walk-in Closet and a comfy chair. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, garden-tub, twin sinks with a hair-dryer & tongs and a separate WC.

The Queen-size bedroom, at the back of the villa, is contemporary in style with a subtle nautical theme & has cable TV , clock-radio & its own access to the family bathroom. There’s additional seating as well as a large closet and ample drawer space.

The extra-large twin bedded 'Parrot' room with Cable-TV, PS2 & clock-radio (with large closet /drawer space of course) is ideal for adults and children alike with its bright and cheery decor.

The second twin-bedded 'sailboat' room is our favourite – attractive decor & a cosier room but still offering Cable-TV, GameCube console, radio/CD player & closet /drawer space.

The large family bathroom with sink, tub and shower as well as hairdryer is accessed from the landing or via the Queen-size bedroom.
