About Tyler's Florida Villa
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is one of Florida’s newest executive gated vacation communities and is situated south of the interchange with the I4 & I27.This exciting new lakeside development has a lakeside clubhouse, nature trail, boat ramp, fishing dock, picnic area and offers numerous water sports.
Tower Lake is only ten minutes away from the multi-million $ development at Posner Park which will provide fine dining, distinctive shopping, movie theatres and much more.
Wal-Mart, Walgreen's, numerous retail outlets and take away food restaurants are only 10 minutes away. There are also no shortage of championship quality golf courses with easy reach of Calabay Parc. One of Florida’s top PGA golf courses is located at nearby Southern Dunes.
Our fabulous brand new Villa with private pool is situated at Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. This tranquil setting is conveniently located for all the theme parks central Florida has to offer. It is also located very conveniently to all beaches on the west and east side of Florida.
It is 6 miles south on the US27 from the I4 and you can therefore be at the gates of Disney in around 15 minutes, missing all the traffic on the busy 192.
Our beautiful villa with south-west facing private pool is not overlooked at the back. It has many special features including:

| Facility | Description |
| LOUNGE | The lounge has a widescreen cable TV with DVD, and a computer with wireless internet access for clients use. The area is beautifully carpeted with comfortable sofas to relax in after a hectic day at Disney, one of the numerous golf courses that are close by or the lovely beaches on the west and east coasts. |
| KITCHEN/DINER | Everything you could possibly need, including American style fridge freezer, oven, grill, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, waste disposal, etc. |
| LAUNDRY ROOM | Large washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. FREE Linen and Towels for use at the villa. |
| MASTER BEDROOM | This room has direct access to the pool area. It boasts a king-size bed and cable TV. Adjoining the bedroom is a dressing room which leads through to the large ensuite bathroom, with 2 sinks, large sunken bathtub, large shower and separate WC. |
| 2ND MASTER BEDROOM | Like the master bedroom, this bedroom also has direct access to the pool area via the ensuite bathroom. This is very useful when you are in the pool area because it saves you having to go through the lounge to use the bathroom. The ensuite comprises a sink, shower and WC. It also boasts a king size bed with cable TV. |
| BEDROOM 3 | This bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. |
| BEDROOM 4 | The "Disney Room" featuring Mickey and Minnie Mouse with a Mickey Mouse TV and clock. The playstation 2 and games also live in this room. |
| FAMILY BATHROOM | This is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4. It has a sink, bath/shower and WC. |
| GAMES ROOM | The converted garage contains a football table, and darts board with ceiling fans. |
| POOL AREA | In a lovely south-west location, having sun all day. There is a removable child safety fence to keep the young ones safe. There is a patio table and chairs with a ceiling fan under the lanai for thos hot evenings dining outside. There are sunloungers which fit easily on the extended sun deck. The area is completely screened off, keeping out any bugs and keeping any children safely in. Pool cleaning is carried out regularly. |
