Our villa at Windwood Bay is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached single property that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Its total floor are is approximately 1960 sq ft. The property is on one level.
This spacious light and airy executive villa was only completed in July 2005. Our beautiful home has been furnished to the highest standard from the sofas and beds down to the bed lined and bath towels. Full air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room provide perfect comfort. With two master bedrooms both with own ensuite bathroom and separate lounge and family room you will find plenty of space whether you have a large party or two families with to share.
The large heated pool and spa jacuzzi is set in extended screened deck giving plenty of room to sit out by the pool or layout on the sunloungers. The pool area is not overlooked from the rear and this ensures peace and privacy. Dine alfresco at the poolside table or relax on the sunloungers, soaking up the Florida sun around the pool with a long cool drink. The pool and spa features fibre optic colour change lighting adding to the feeling of luxury whether swimming, taking a dip in the jacuzzi or just relaxing around the pool in the evening. Outside lighting means you can enjoy evenings around the pool even after dark.

The safety of small children is ensured with a pool safety fence that can be easily rolled away when not required.

Windwood Bay is ideally located 6 miles south of Disneyworld next to Champions Gate. Champions Gate plaza is 1 mile away with a selection of shops, Publix supermarket, Walgreen's pharmacy, gas station, restaurants and take aways including Italian, French, Chinese and McDonalds. The Greg Norman designed championship gold courses and David Leadbetter golfing academy is also here. Champions gate is where you will find access onto I-4(58) giving fast travel to all major attractions. Disneyworld 12 mins, Universal Studios and Seaworld 20 mins, International Drive 15min and Orlando International Airport 30 mins.
