About Luxury Santa Cruz Villa
Santa Cruz villa, Davenport, Florida. The villa is ideally situated 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and easily accessible to all of the main attractions in Florida.The villa is in a newly developed friendly neighbourhood, within easy reach to shops and restaurants.
Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa includes one master ensuite bedroom. It is air conditioned and centrally heated and is excellently equipped and furnished for any guest that wishes to stay. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. It has its own private pool with large bathing area and is superb for children. We have endeavored to cater for all of our guests needs to make the stay as enjoyable as possible and a holiday of a lifetime!

| FRONT ENTRANCE | This typically Amercian style villa is very warm and welcoming and boasts a beautiful front garden and entrance with lush green grass and foliage. There is a double garage forecourt that can accomodate 2 or more vehicles. |
| LOUNGE | The comfortable lounge comprises of a cathedral ceiling and is lavishly furnished and decorated elegantly. It is complete with 27" digital cable television, Hi-Fi and VCR. There is also a facility to supply piped music throughout the villa. |
| KITCHEN | The large kitchen is fully equipped to standard. This includes: waste disposal unit, dishwasher,crockery,cutlery,cooking utensils,toaster,coffee maker,wine glasses,food mixer, gas cooker,microwave,large fridge/freezer. We also have safe plasticware for use around the pool area. |
| DINING ROOM | The formal dining area is decorated in a tastful blue and white theme. The large glass topped table seats 6 and is located convieniently next to the kitchen and also leads onto the lounge. |
| MASTER BEDROOM 1 | The 1st Master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, digital cable TV, telephone, large chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. The ensuite has a large walk in wardrobe, shower cubicle, w/c, bath and twin basins with large storage underneath. |
| EN-SUITE BATHROOM | Delux en-suite comprises of shower and bath with double basin. A large mirror and tiled floors and walls vanity unit with storage and w/c |
| MASTER BEDROOM 2 | The second Master bedroom is decorated in a Florida theme with ceiling fan, chest of drawers, bedside lamps, double wardrobe and a vanity unit. |
| BEDROOM 3 | This is a twin room decorated in a Scooby Doo theme. There you will find a ceiling fan, double wardrobe and extra storage space and bedside lamps. |
| BEDROOM 4 | This is a double room with a baseball theme. This also has a ceiling fan, 2 large chests of drawers,double wardrobe and bedside lamps. |
| GAMES ROOM | The Games Room has a TV which could be used for video games (not supplied) dartboard and various board games. This room can also be used for ironing etc. |
| Pool/leisure area | The outdoor area contains a good size pool with patio space for dining and sunbathing. Or for just lounging around with a cold drink. This area is covered by insect deterent mesh, this does not affect you suntan! The pool has underwater lighting for the night time dips! Pool heater due to be fitted and can be used for an additional fee. Maintenance is carried out twice a week to ensure cleanliness and high standards are maintained for your enjoyment. The extended patio area has a table and chairs, outdoor fan and loungers. We have also supplied a chest of inflatables and pump for our younger guests. Unfortunately HARD balls are not permitted nor any glassware in the pool or on the patio area. |
