About Florida Dream Villa
Welcome to our luxury holiday villa, a home from home where you can stay at affordable rates. We have spared no expense to make this our dream holiday home which has often been compared to a show home. This executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a south-facing pool is only 3 miles (4 minutes by car) from Walt Disney World. Indian Creek is one of the closest communities to Disney, it is only a 2 minute drive from the Formosa Gardens shopping plaza which includes a large supermarket and a good choice of restaurants. Away from the hustle and bustle of the parks, this is an ideal location within a quiet residential community.We are ideally situated just off the US192 and approximately 3 miles from the I4, only 15 minutes to Universal Studios and Sea World. The ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, one king size en suite, one queen size en suite, and two twin bedrooms with shared family bathroom. The family room is comfortably furnished with TV, video and stereo. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and there is a formal dining area as well as a kitchen nook.The pool is south facing so has the benefit of the Florida sunshine all day and has comfortable padded pool furniture.

| THE LOUNGE | The light and airy lounge has ample comfortable seating with tasteful furniture and a large ceiling fan. The sofa converts to a bed for extra guests. There is cable TV, a DVD/video player complete with a selection of films. There is also a CD / radio stereo system, with a selection of CD's. There is also a choice of board games available. There are large patio doors at the end of the lounge which open out on to the swimming pool and patio via a covered lanai. There is a ceiling fan for additional comfort. |
| THE KITCHEN | The kitchen includes gas oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, pantry and plenty of work space. There are all the usual modern appliances, and the cupboards are finished in a light wood with a ceramic tiled floor. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs in the breakfast nook. A door leads to the garage which contains the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. |
| THE DINING ROOM | There is a separate dining room which is tastefully furnished with a full size dining table and six comfortable chairs overlooking the front garden of the property. |
| THE MASTER BEDROOM | The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets with clock radio alarm, large chest of drawers and cable TV as well as a ceiling fan. There is a sliding patio door which overlooks the lanai and offers additional access to the pool. There is a large en suite bathroom incorporating a large walk-in shower, garden tub, WC, vanity unit with his and hers washbasins with a large mirror with film star lighting at the top. This in turn leads to the walk-in closet that provides ample room for clothes. |
| THE SECOND BEDROOM | The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also features a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, double built-in wardrobes and cable TV as well as a ceiling fan. There is also an en suite bathroom with wash basin, vanity unit, bath, shower and WC. |
| THE THIRD BEDROOM | The third bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers and double built-in wardrobes as well as a ceiling fan and is decorated with a dolphin theme. |
| THE FOURTH BEDROOM | The fourth bedroom has twin beds, and is themed on Winnie the Pooh with stencils and Disney accessories. There is a chest of drawers and double built-in wardrobes as well as a ceiling fan. |
| FAMILY BATHROOM | Between the third and fourth bedroom is a family bathroom containing a full-size bath with shower, washbasin with vanity unit and a WC. Next to the bathroom is a linen cupboard. There is access from this bathroom to the pool area. |
| THE POOL AREA | The south facing swimming pool features tiled steps, underwater lights and a patio light for evening bathing. As the pool area faces due south, this means that you will be able to catch the Floridian sunshine from early in the morning until late evening. The pool is 3 feet deep at one end, and 5 feet deep at the other end. The entire pool area is covered by a micro-mesh screen enclosure with high walls and a vaulted roof which spans the entire width and height of the home. The mesh allows the sun to shine through, enabling you to top up your tan while keeping out the bugs. Acrylic decking on the pool deck allows you to walk and relax in comfort without being burnt by hot floors. A full set of comfortable upholstered patio furniture including sun-loungers, reclining chairs and footstools and a table and 4 chairs is set around the pool. The Lanai provides a shaded area for those who do not wish to be in the sun but still benefit from being outside. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort. All three entrances to the pool are alarmed and mounted high on the wall next to each entrance. |

"“I wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous vacation at your villa. Everything about the house was perfect. We loved being so close to the parks and the kids could have lived in the pool. Everyone got a real kick out of the armadillo that would wander around the backyard. It was awesome being able to wash our clothes during the week and to not have to eat every meal out at the parks or a restaurant. That alone saved us a ton of money. We probably won't visit Disney for another 2 years but we will definitely be interested in renting your villa again. How far out do you book?
