This beautiful villa is only 15 minutes from Disney making it the ideal location for your ‘magical’ vacation. Our home is excellently located on the US27, allowing quick and easy access to see Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney World. Many other attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios, plus three championship golf courses, are all within easy reach. Alternatively why not visit the superb new Posner Center Mall situated just down the road.
Tuscan Hills Resort is an exclusive gated resort community, which includes an impressive 2700 sq ft clubhouse with flat screen TV, large lounge area, Games room and Wi-fi Internet access. There is a covered lanai overlooking the tennis/volleyball courts, child’s play area and palm garden. If you feel that a day out at the attractions is just not enough, why not try out the state of the art fitness room to keep you in shape!! Guests of our villa have free unlimited use of all these facilities for the duration of their stay. Tuscan Hills is now one of the most sought after communities in the Disney area.
Our spacious villa has been superbly furnished to a very high standard, with upgraded furniture. The villa is carpeted throughout, with air conditioning in every room. There is also a telephone providing free local calls. Baby items available free of charge include high chair, crib and stroller.
The superb south facing pool area and extensive sun terrace includes a lovely raised spa. It is equipped with upgraded patio furniture and is the perfect setting to enjoy the Florida sunshine or great to relax on after a hard day at the attractions!! There is also a covered lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. A safety fence around the pool is provided if required, for your child’s safety. Pool heating is available upon request, but there are only a few months of the year when this is necessary.
The first master bedroom includes a king sized bed, dresser, flat screen TV and walk in closet. Clock/radio/Ipod docking station. There is also a hairdryer and safe. The huge en-suite bathroom includes walk in shower, plus a large bath big enough for 2!!
The second bedroom is also furnished to a very high standard with a queen sized bed, Flat screen TV, dresser, walk in closet together with en-suite bathroom and hairdryer.
The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds,TVs are also fully equipped and suitable for both children and adult guests. These twin bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom. All towels and linen are provided.
There is a large luxurious family room with comfortable seating and patio doors, which open out to the beautiful Pool/Spa area. There is 42 inch LCD cable TV, DVD player, Playstation and games.
The fully equipped kitchen/breakfast bar has been designed for your convenience and includes cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster plus all cutlery and crockery, and most other kitchen utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate elegant dining room with table and chairs, providing ample seating.
The separate utility area includes Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
The Games Room is an excellent place for kids to enjoy when even Disney World gets just too much!! It includes Pool Table, Full size Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Electronic Darts and Whirlball.
The Management Company is available for any queries/questions that you may have and provide a 24-hour contact number in case of emergencies. For the convenience of our guests smoking is permitted on the Sun Terrace only.
There are many shops, bars and restaurants situated just a few minutes down the road including a large Publix supermarket, an excellent Walmart, Pharmacy, Gas Station, DVD Store and Bank. If you like a round of Golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. There are over 160 holes to be found within a 10 minute radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions gate courses.
