Luxury three bed two bath villa with private south facing pool. Sleeps 8 plus infant. The villa is located on popular Lindfields Kissimmee which is on the hwy192 and just 4 miles from DisneyThere are many shops, supermarkets and restauarants

Terms & Conditions
Booking Terms And Conditions
When booking to stay at the BD Florida Villa, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:-
A Non-Refundable Deposit of £100 per week is payable at the time of booking.
The balance due should be paid 8 weeks before departure. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, full payment must be made.
A security deposit of £150, which will be included in your final balance, this will be returned to you once the management company have confirmed that there were no damages and the property was left in a satisfactory condition.
The telephone number for the management company will be available should you have any concerns or problems.
The villa is available from 4pm on the first day of booking and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Smoking is not permitted in he villa though is permitted on the patio area.
No Pets allowed.
