Our home is tastefully furnished and all the rooms, even the covered lanai, have ceiling fans! The 28-foot-long vaulted great room has access to the pool area via eight-foot-high patio doors!

There is a breakfast nook in the kitchen, a more formal dining area, as well as outdoor table and chairs (and sun-loungers) in the lanai.

It has all the equipment you would expect, including five cable HD TVs, VCR, DVD, and CD players, phone with free long distance calls, hair-dryers, a fully-equipped kitchen (American size fridge with ice-maker, coffee-maker, full oven and hob, microwave etc) and laundry room.

You will love the super location - for access to theme parks, golf, restaurants and grocery stores - and the peace, quiet and privacy of the orange grove!

The short drive to Disney avoids all town traffic, other attractions are just a little further; the airport is about 30 minutes drive, the dolphins and pelicans of the Gulf Coast or Atlantic Ocean about an hour and a half away.
