A superb 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa, fully equipped to a high standard to complement the enjoyment of your stay in the sunshine state..

The covered lanai, large sundeck and pool face south with open views over orange groves and just 10 minutes easy drive to Disney - golf is even nearer.

Just imagine a cool drink by the pool watching the sun over the orange groves, or a swim after dark by pool and lanai lights.

Our home is tastefully furnished and all the rooms, even the covered lanai, have ceiling fans! The 28-foot-long vaulted great room has access to the pool area via eight-foot-high patio doors!

There is a breakfast nook in the kitchen, a more formal dining area, as well as outdoor table and chairs (and sun-loungers) in the lanai.

It has all the equipment you would expect, including three cable TVs, VCR, DVD, and CD players, phone with free local calls, hair-dryers, a fully-equipped kitchen (American size fridge with ice-maker, coffee-maker, full oven and hob, microwave etc) and laundry room.


You will love the super location - for access to theme parks, golf, restaurants and grocery stores - and the peace, quiet and privacy of the orange grove!

The short drive to Disney avoids all town traffic, other attractions are just a little further; the airport is about 30 minutes drive, the dolphins and pelicans of the Gulf Coast or Atlantic Ocean about an hour and a half away.

* Master One - with cable TV, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, corner bath, walk-in closet, and double illuminated vanity unit
* Master Two - with cable TV and en-suite bath
* Bedroom Three and Four - each have twin beds and share the third bathroom

There are books, videos and games for guests to enjoy, as well as an information pack on local attractions, eating and shopping. And our friendly local management company is on hand to answer any queries or problems.
