FAMILY ROOM
A spacoius open plan Family room overlooking the pool Deck and conservation area This room has comfortable seating, a large screen TV with numerous cable channels and a DVD player with a selection of DVD`s. There is a Music Centre , Books and a number of popular Board Games.
SECOND FAMILY ROOM:
A comfortable second seating area with two Sofas, TV, DVD player with Sony surround sound system and a Sony Playstation 2 . The ideal place to relax away from the Pool and the heat of the day.
KITCHEN :
A large open plan Kitchen with Breakfast Table and Chairs, fully fitted with Microwave, Oven and Hob, Dishwasher,Coffee Maker etc. In fact every thing you are likely to need. There is a Family Dining Table seating 6/8 people .
For peace of mind there is a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit.
Plastic glasses and crockery are provided for the pool deck and for use by young ones
MASTER BEDROOM 1 :
A tastefully decorated Master Suite with ceiling fan overlooking the Pool /Spa area. There is a TV with DVD player, Hairdryer and Radio Alarm Clock . There is a walk in wardrobe with ample hanging space.
The large en-suite Bathroom has a separate WC, Walk- in Shower and large Corner Bath.
MASTER BEDROOM 2 :
Another Master Bedroom with en-suite facilities, WC, Bath and Shower. Fitted Wardrobes with ample hanging space. TV, Radio Alarm Clock and Hairdryer.
DOUBLE BEDROOM 3:
A further comfortable double Bedroom with a Queen Bed,Wardrobe space, Radio Alarm Clock and Hairdryer.
TWIN ROOM 1 :
A Twin Bedded room overlooking the Pool/Spa area. Brightly furnished and featuring a selection of Disney Toys to amuse kids of all ages. The Wardrobe space houses a Tot`s Toy Box to keep the younger guests amused. This room shares a Jack and Jill Bathroom.
TWIN ROOM 2 :
Another Twin Bedded room next to the Master Bedroom so younger children need not be far from mum and dad. This room shares the Jack and Jill Bathroom.
UTILITY ROOM :
Laundry facilities are all found in the Garage and feature a Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board and portable clothes dryer.
GAMES ROOM :
This very well equiped Games Room has a 7 ft. Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Electronic Dart Board, and a Multi Games Table with Foosball, Table Tennis, Skittles, Roulette, Chess and Draughts. There is also a TV, 2 bicycles a Music Centre and Tennis Racquets for the on site tennis courts
POOL/ SPA :
The heated Pool and Spa back onto lush tropical woodland and is protected from the little ones by a removable Safety Fence. The Pool has a colour changing LED light show. The Spa has the added advantage of a rapid heat facility and the Deck Area has Sun Loungers, Tables and Chairs. Pool toys and Childs Life vests are kept in the Games Room.

The prestigious Resort of Emerald Island is a 24 hour gated community and has a Clubhouse with Concierge, Fitness Room, Sauna, Coffee lounge with wireless internet access , Video Games Room, a Communial Pool and Spa and a licenced Tiki Bar. There are Tennis and Volley ball courts, a Nature Trail and two Childrens Play Areas.
Attraction Tickets are available from the clubhouse shop and both Taxis and a Shuttle Bus run from the Clubhouse entrance.
