Welcome to Emerald Gem , a beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa where guests are our priority.
We are constantly improving Emerald Gem to ensure all of our guests get maximum enjoyment from their vacation.
The living areas are light and spacious throughout and are fully air conditioned. Additional ceiling fans have been added to all bedrooms for added comfort at night.
The heated Pool and Spa back onto lush tropical woodland with ample poolside furniture and a BBQ, the ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of a hectic day.
Located only 10 minutes away from Orlando`s famous attractions Emerald Gem is just far enough away to feel like your own tropical hideaway but close enough to walk to many of the excellent shops and restaurants on the popular 192 highway. The local mall has a Supermarket, walk in Medical Centre and a number of shops and Diners.

Your holiday home is furnished to a very high standard with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living accommodation is light and spacious throughout. The heated pool and spa back onto lush tropical woodland with ample poolside furniture and is ideal for a quiet evening to relax and unwind at the end of a hectic day.5 minutes from Orlando's famous attractions Emerald island is just far enough away to feel like your own tropical hideaway. All the excitement of Walt Disney World, Seaworld, Universal and Busch Gardens are just a short drive away - not to mention the great Golf, Shopping and Dining.
Florida's spectacular beaches are less than an hours drive away for fun in the sun or a visit to the Kennedy Space Centre, everything you would want to do on your Florida vacation is easily accessible.
Emerald Gem is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa comfortably sleeping 10 people and situated within the 24 hour gated community of Emerald Island Resort, one of Orlando`s most sought after locations. The villa is fully equiped and is Baby Friendly.

| FAMILY ROOM: | A comfortable second seating area with two Sofas, TV, DVD player with Sony surround sound system and a Sony Playstation 2 . The ideal place to relax away from the Pool and the heat of the day. |
| KITCHEN : | A large open plan Kitchen with Breakfast Tableand Chairs, fully fitted with Microwave, Oven and Hob, Dishwasher,Coffee Maker etc. In fact every thing you are likely to need. For peace of mind there is a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit. |
| MASTER BEDROOM: | A tastefully decorated Master Suite with ceiling fan overlooking the Pool /Spa area. There is a TV with DVD player, Hairdryer and Radio Alarm Clock . | POOL/ SPA : | The heated Pool and Spa back onto lush tropical woodland and is protected from the little ones by a removable Safety Fence. The Spa has the added advantage of a rapid heat facility and the Deck Area has Sun Loungers, Tables and Chairs Pool toys and Childs Life vest are kept in the Games Room |
| AMENITIES : | The prestigious Resort of Emerald Island has a Clubhouse with Concierge, Fitness Room, Sauna, Coffee lounge, Video Games Room, a Communial Pool and Spa and a licenced Tiki Bar.
