Family room
A spacious open plan Family Room overlooking the Pool area with Patio Doors leading to the Lanai. The Family Room has ample comfortable seating with the larger sofa converting into a Queen sized Bed (if required). There is a large screen TV with numerous cable channels, DVD player, Music Centre and PlayStation2. There is a selection of DVDs, CDs, Books and popular board games for your further enjoyment.
Kitchen & Nook
The large Kitchen is open plan with breakfast table and 4 chairs and is fully fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker etc, everything you are likely to need. For peace of mind there is a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit.
Dining Room
The Villa has the added advantage of a separate Dining Room with a table and 6 chairs for those occasions where you may wish to eat in. This area is also useful for board games with the children.
Master Suites 1 &2
There are 2 Master Suites which each have a King Sized Bed, twin Nightstands, Dressing Table, Mirror, TV/DVD, Hairdryer and Alarm Clock. There are walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging and storage space. The large bathrooms have walk-in showers, WC & vanity units and corner baths. The lower Suite has the added advantage of a door to the pool area.
Queen Room
The Queen Room on the lower level is furnished with a nightstand and dresser, TV and alarm clock. This room also enjoys an en-suite bathroom.
Twin Rooms
Each room has Twin Beds with a Nightstand and Lamp and share a Jack & Jill Bathroom. Both rooms are adjacent to the upper Master Suite for your added peace of mind if you have younger children. The Disney themed room has a children's toy-box and stair safety gate.
Pool Area
The Heated Pool is larger than average at 30ft long x 15ft wide. The Jacuzzi may be heated quickly and separately from the Pool. The Deck Area is also oversized allowing plenty of space for 4 reclining Sun Loungers, small Drinks Table, Barbeque, Patio Table and Rocking Chairs. Pool toys and a small life vest can be found in the Games Room.
Cinema Room
A dedicated Cinema Room with 50`s theme and reclining leather seating having Surround sound and on screen complimentry wifi.
A great place to relax while watching a movie and enjoying an evening away from the heat of the night.
