Living Area

The lounge, kitchen and dinning area are open plan with a vaulted ceiling giving a bright and airy feel. The large lounge is tastefully furnished with three sofas and has Cable TV, Video, DVD with surround sound and a CD player.

The kitchen has everything you require with a Cooker and Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer (with ice maker), Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher and Waste Disposal. There is also a laundry area with a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing board.

The dinning table can seat up to eight people and overlooks the pool area.

Bedrooms
There are two large double bedrooms, both en suite, one with direct access onto the pool deck and a walk in closet, both have Cable TV. There is a twin bedded room with a Disney theme for our younger guests, Cable TV, a Play Station 2 and games and a second twin bedded room with a further bathroom.

Games Room
Our garage has been converted into a Games Room and has a full size Pool Table, Table Football and an electronic Darts Board as well as a selection of other games and toys.

Pool Area
Patio doors lead from the lounge onto our extended pool deck which has a large lanai giving shade from the Florida sun; it is furnished with a table and chairs for outside dining and sun loungers. The large pool (15' x 30') is south east facing, is fully screened for your protection; it is chemical free and can be heated if required for an additional charge. All doors and windows opening directly onto the pool area are alarmed for the safety of any children.

The property is fully air conditioned for your comfort and cleaned before and after your stay. It is maintained to a high standard by our locally based Management Company who also provide a 24 hour emergency helpline.

We provide free of charge, a safe to store your valuables, all linen, towels including pool and beach towels, local telephone calls, a High Chair, Cot with bedding and a Stroller/Pushchair. The property is fitted with an intruder alarm for your peace of mind.

Aylesbury is located just off US 27, minutes from exit 55 of Interstate 4 providing easy access to the West Coast or the Space Coast beaches , both of which are less than 90 minutes drive away. It is well situated for your holiday and is only minutes away from several executive golf courses; restaurants, shops, takeaways and supermarkets (including a large WAL MART) and the new shopping development Posner Park. There are many other shopping malls and outlet stores in Orlando all within a maximum of 40 minutes drive away.
Walt Disney World; SeaWorld and Universal Studios are 15-20 mins by car; Busch Gardens near Tampa is 1 hours drive away and well worth a visit.
Orlando International Airport is only 40 minutes by car and Sanford Airport 60 minutes drive.
