Sunbreeze Villa sleeps 12, has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms. all Appliances included. There are flat-screen LCD TVs in all bedrooms as well as high-speed fiber-optic wireless Internet throughout the house. Our comprehensive game room includes a professional billiard table, in the family room we have a 50-inch plasma wide screen HDTV Home theater system with a DVD film library. Our enclosed (private screened) pool/spa area is fully equipped with a summer kitchen, 2 complete sets of patio furniture ( large table with 6 chairs, standard table with 4 chairs), south-facing pool and Jacuzzi spa with a huge deck overlooking the Watersong natural conservation area. A great way to relax after a long day at the parks!!

"My husband and my 2 boys stayed at this very spacious villa,beautifully decorated and very entertaining. The game room with the arcade, pool table, foosball and air hockey were all professional sized and loads of fun. Our family bonded many a nights in there. The pool was always warm, which was a problem at other homes Ive rented in the area over the years. My children might as well have been fish because they didnt want to leave the pool/jacuzzi area. When they were dragged out they went to the game room. There is a tv in every room which was nice and not even needed. Our stay was completely entertaining in this home. We actually postponed visiting parks to enjoy the house. There is also a nice empty gym at the club house on the property. Definitely will be returning to this house and highly recommending to others. Owners are also very accomodating. Thank You. We love your house -almost envious."

"We had two families with children between 11 and 17 and one grandmother!! Watersong offered something for everyone-from the pool to the game room. In fact, the game room was superior to other homes we rented. Decor is beautiful-home is more than spacious. The drive to the Publix grocery store was only minutes. The ice cream truck came to the house daily which the kids loved!!! Both Moms walked every morning feeling very safe in the gated community-the night guard was extremely pleasant. We hope to go back next year."

This was the first time my family vacationed in Orlando outside of staying at Disney World Resorts. The Watersong Villa was great. A very spacious and beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. It had plenty of space and all the amenities that you could need. The bunk bed room and game room was a real hit with the kids and the adults loved the hot tub and the outside kitchen. If you’re looking for a place to stay close to the attractions, but out of the hustle and bustle of Disney than this is the house for you. I would definitely stay at this house again. Thanks!

The house exceeded my expectations. Pictures did not do it justice. Very high quality furniture and electronics. Very comfortable bedding. Kids loved the Game Room, which had more amenities than your average vacation home rental. Swimming pool and SPA was very clean and nicely heated for the winter month. Although there were only 4 of us, house is spacious enough for 3 small families without feeling claustrophobic. Kids loved the themed bunkbeds. As much as the kids loved Disney World, they actually wanted to stay home to enjoy the game room and swimming pool. This will definitely be my home away from home in Orlando.
