About Lakeside Villas

This luxury Villa is now available for bookings. It is only a short drive from the main theme parks and attractions and yet is situated in the beautiful and peaceful conservation area of Crescent Lakes. The Villa is south facing and enjoys rear views of the Lake. Restaurants and shops are minutes away whilst there are woods with cycle tracks to enjoy on the doorstep. Privacy and security are enhanced in that there is only one entrance to this exclusive estate. Our management team are based on the same estate giving you extra reassurance should you encounter any problems. Richard, Lynne, Gerald and Lynne would love the opportunity to make your vacation an extra special one.

This is an ideal location for your holiday. This massive villa will sleep up to 16 people and yet provides plenty of space. It has all the facilities you will need for a great vacation as well as being situated only 15 minutes drive from the entrance to Disney World.

Facility	Description
THE VILLA	Our executive style villa is set over two levels, and is furnished to a high standard with full air conditioning for your comfort. Furthermore this villa includes 9 TV’s, 2 DVDs, PS2, Stereo, and a large furnished Games Room. Also wireless internet broadband. Bring your lap top.
LARGE KITCHEN	Fully equipped including a fridge freezer with Ice Maker. From the kitchen you have access to two dining areas.
FAMILY ROOM	A large south facing room, opening onto the pool with TV,( A new Large screen Plasma TV is about to nbe installed) video, DVD and stereo. Seating includes a double sofa bed.
BREAKFAST DINING AREA	At the end of the Family room, agreat place to eat your breakfast and view the pool and the lake.
LARGE FORMAL DINING ROOM	Seating at least 8 people.
UTILITY AREA	With washer and drying facilities.
MASTER BEDROOM	Located on the first floor, this incorporates a King sized bed, TV and DVD player, with large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a bath.
TWO GROUND FLOOR DOUBLE BEDROOMS	One with a Queen sized bed and the other with a double bed. Two separate ground floor bathrooms.
FOUR MORE BEDROOMS	All located on the first floor, 1 with full size bed, three with twin beds, all with TV’s.
LARGE LANDING	with sitting area with comfortable chairs, TV with Play Station 2.
THE POOL	Relax and enjoy our large 30’ x 15’ south facing pool. There is optional heating to maintain the temperature at approximately 84 degrees. Enjoy the integrated, raised massive 6 person Jacuzzi.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes it is $400 per week and is returned to you after a satisfactory inspection by our management company.

Is there a management company nearby?

Yes - Trelis Vacation homes is situated only 400yds from our villa and they are there to ensure that it is in good condition for you when you arrive and are on hand if there are any problems.
