Welcome to our beautiful rental villa near Disney. Our house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two master bedrooms with en-suite attached bathrooms (one king with TV and large bathroom with garden tub bath and separate shower) and one queen. The two twin bedroom share the further 3rd bathroom. We have two lounges so there’s plenty of space for two families, with a TV in both rooms, plus Playstation 2, DVD and VCR! The kitchen is fully fitted and laundry facilities are located in the garage. The house is fully furnished to the highest standard. Games room provided with table tennis and pool table

About house
The house is located on the 27 just 4 minutes from the “quiet end” of 192 road, which has all the superb inexpensive restaurants, shops and attractions, including of course, Walt Disney World, (including Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM, Magic Kingdom), which is only about 10 minutes drive from our rental property.Publix supermarkets have just built a brand new store only a mile from our villa and you can be on the motorway I-4 in a jiffy to go north to Orlando (Universal Studio, Sea World and the superb shopping Malls) or South to Tampa, all on the freeway.
The villa is not overlooked at the back, like so many which are close together, so we have more privacy than most. It is south facing, so gets the sun all year round! Our villa is also in a secure subdivision with a large gate controlled by a security code.
We know what it’s like arriving from a long flight so we can provide a welcome pack for a small fee if you require! We also don’t charge extra rental fees for things like barbecues, high chairs, cots, etc
