About Brownfield's Villa
The villa has a central living room with access to all four bedrooms. Two master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. A further two twin bedrooms share a bathroom.A large, fully fitted kitchen adjoins a spacious dining area. To the rear of the villa is a coverd Lanai, which leads onto the paved deck area with luxurious Jacuzzi and a private 26ft swimming pool.
Our local management company ensure that the villa is maintained and presented to the highest standard. We provide all linen including pool towels. The pool is automatically cleaned hourly and checked on a weekly basis, the gardens are also maintained weekly.
Our management company are able to deal with any extras you may require.

| LIVING ROOM | This ample living room contains a three seater sofabed, two seater sofa and an armchair, glass topped coffee and side tables with lamps. For your entertainment the room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, video recorder / player There is a wired in radio and entry system with controls throughout the property. For those very warm Floridian days and nights the air conditioning is supplemented with a ceiling fan. |
| DINING AREA | The formal Dining area is equipped with a large wooden dining table with six dining chairs with more than enough space for extra chairs to be placed around the table. |
| KITCHEN / BREAKFAST ROOM | The fully equipped kitchen has ample cupboard space and includes a gas cooker, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, telephone (all local calls are free) plus all the crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery you may need. There is also a range of kitchen ware safe to use around the pool and sun deck. There is a table and four chairs in the bay window of the kitchen. The floor is covered with ceramic tiles. Leading off from the kitchen, the laundry facility with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located at the rear of the garage. |
| MASTER BEDROOM | There are two master bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. The rear Master room, has its own private access to the pool area via sliding doors, a king-size bed, TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, alarm clock/radio, dressing mirror, ample drawer space and side table lamps. The en-suite facility has a large corner bath, walk-in shower cubicle, double vanity unit, toilet, hairdryer and walk-in wardrobes. |

| TWO TWIN BEDROOMS | The two twin bedded rooms are situated at the side and rear of the villa. The bedroom at the rear looks out onto the pool and sun deck. The bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bath with shower, vanity unit and toilet. Bedroom 3 has a TV with Video, Bedroom 4 has large screen TV with PS2 games console. |
| THE 3rd BATHROOM | The bathroom is conveniently situated between the two bedrooms and also provides facilities for people using the pool and sun deck area. |
| POOL & JACUZZI | The south facing pool measures 26ft x 13ft (it can be heated to a wonderful 85°F) and together with the sun deck is contained within its own screening. You also benefit from increased privacy as the pool and sun deck is fully fenced and not overlooked by other properties. The pool and sun deck can be reached through the French doors at the south facing end of the Living room, the main bedroom and the lobby between the twin bedrooms, so there is easy access to the family bathroom. All doors and windows leading to the pool area are fitted with alarms. The pool area is child friendly and has a security fence fitted to comply with Florida State Law. For those occasions when it is dark both the pool and lanai are equipped with appropriate lighting. |
