Cayman House has 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suits), King sized bed in our Master Bedroom, Queen sized beds in our other 2 en-suite bedrooms and a set of bunk beds plus a single bed in each our other two bedrooms, a wonderful experience for children whatever their age. All the en-suite bedrooms have TV’s and ceiling fans.

| Facility | Description |
| ENTRANCE | A covered entry provides access to the property, the layout of which is shown on the attached floor plan. Entry is by way of an electronic door lock (the key code & full instructions will be supplied before departure), no need to spend your time on arrival driving around to find an agent in order to obtain a door key. |
| KITCHEN | The Villa has a fully fitted Open Plan Kitchen with all the modern appliances, Cooker, Microwave, Large Fridge/Freezer - with Ice Maker, Dishwasher, and Food Disposal Unit. The Kitchen is also fully stocked with all the Crockery, Cutlery, Glass Ware, and Cooking Utensils you will need. There is also a separate Laundry Area complete with Auto-Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Ironing facilities. |
| DINING ROOM | The Dining Room is open plan and has an archway to the kitchen. The dining table, which seats 8 people is accompanied by tasteful decor to ensure the relaxing atmosphere is maintained throughout your stay. Whether you want to hold a formal dinner party or just a lunch time snack, this Floridian dining room will suit everyone’s taste. |
| FAMILY ROOM | This large open family room with it’s vaulted ceiling is light and spacious. Filled with sumptuous lounge furniture, a 36” Cable TV with numerous channels and Sony Surround Sound Theater System and your own DVD Player, plus a Sony PlayStation for the younger (or not so young) makes this is a very relaxing room. A sliding patio door leads to the pool area, so you can enjoy the cool air-conditioned comfort of the Family Room, with it’s ceiling fan for extra air circulation, or slip outside onto the decking and enjoy the delights of the enormous sun deck with it’s oversized pool and jacuzzi. (All doors and windows leading to the pool area are fitted with child alarms, to ensure the safety of those little ones). |
| MASTER BEDROOM | The Master Bedroom is again spacious and cool. With it’s large King sized bed, large walk-in closet, chest of drawers with large mirror and bedside cabinets, you will have ample space for all your belongings. This bedroom which has it’s own 21” TV, has two large windows overlooking the pool deck and has a wonderful Master Bathroom with Garden Tub, separate walk-in shower, separate toilet, twin wash bowls and a walk-in closet. Privacy is a great feature, with the Master Bedroom being separate from the other bedrooms. |
| BEDROOM 2 | This is a very comfortable bedroom with a Queen sized bed, it’s own en-suite bathroom with shower, wash bowl and toilet which is also accessible from the foyer. The light floridian style makes this a relaxing bedroom. Again this bedroom features it’s own TV and the light spacious feel is maintained with a large window overlooking the side garden. |
| BEDROOM 3 | On the first floor is another en-suite bedroom with Queen sized bed, an expansive walk-in closet, plus all the storage space you will need. This room again features it’s own TV and overlooks the pool deck and rear garden. The bathroom is light and airy and has a bath, shower, wash bowl and toilet. |
| BEDROOM 4 | Another light spacious bedroom which sleeps 3. One single bed plus bunk beds, large clothes closet and plenty of storage space. This bedroom has views over the front and side of the property. |
| BEDROOM 5 | Our fifth bedroom again sleeps 3. Like bedroom 4, it has one single plus bunk beds, large clothes closet and plenty of storage space, with views over the side of the property. |
| BATHROOM 4 | This more than ample family bathroom features bath, shower, wash bowl and toilet, all in the elegant Florida Style. This bathroom is shared between bedrooms 4 & 5. |
| GAMES ROOM | As you may know, everything in the USA is LARGE, and this goes even more so for their garages. We have taken the expansive area of the two car garage and converted it into a super ‘Air-Conditioned Games Room’. The Stars of this room are the Impressive 8ft Professional American Pool Table, and the Competition Size American Foosball Table, these are going to be favourites with kids of all ages, even the grown-up ones. Again the Games Room is light and airy, carpeted, heated and air-conditioned and is fitted with the same tasteful lounge furniture as the rest of the house. Cable TV, plus a small Hi-Fi system are also supplied, so you can take your own favourite tapes or CD’s, (why not treat yourself to some new ones at USA discount prices). |
| SWIMMING POOL & JACUZZI | The screened pool deck area is one of the largest on Hampton Lakes. At 40ft x 40ft there is more than ample space for all your guests. The extended 30ft x 15ft Pool with fountains can be electrically heated* and the larger than average Jacuzzi will bubble away at all those limbs tired by the days of theme park madness, and can heated by a separate gas burner as required*. The extensive high-quality deck furniture with table, chairs and sunloungers will enable you to soak up some of that Florida sunshine, or sit and watch the Disney Fireworks in the evening. As already mentioned, we have a 10ft Lanai with ceiling fans and lights so that you can sit around our large patio table and enjoy a wonderful outdoor meal, cooked on our complimentary Gas BBQ.*Please see Prices section for optional extra heating for pool and Jacuzzi. |
