Superbly positioned on the 7th fairway, Birkdale Villa enjoys commanding views of the beautifully manicured Highlands Reserve Golf Club.As it is not overlooked, guests will enjoy the privacy of our home.
Highlands Reserve is considered to be one of the best developments in the Disney area and is a fabulous setting for this suberb home.
The house, with its private swimming pool and spa, has views over the beautifully manicured golf course. The villa is a holiday destination in itself and a day relaxing and playing by the pool is as popular as a day at the parks. Located near to all the attractions that Orlando has to offer, the house has been beautifully refurbished to an extremely high standard. It has everything that would be needed to make your stay relaxing, fun, welcoming and happy, including 9 tv's and 8 dvd's.It is fully equipped with linen,towels, crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils. There is internet access and Sony Playstation 2.

The generous bathroom has a luxurious corner bath as well as his and her sinks and a separate shower cubicle. |
| Bedroom 2 | Bedroom 2, located on the ground floor (providing easy access for less able guests) is furnished with a queen sized bedroom set and generous wardrobe space. Included in this room is a television with full cable access. This room benefits from use of the downstairs bathroom which has a bath with shower over. |
