The LOUNGE is an ideal place to relax, after a hard days holidaying, in a bright and inviting area. Furnishings include coffee tables, a queen size sleeper sofa and matching two seater sofa.The colour tv has over 60 cable channels, also included is a video recorder with hiring available at a video store just a few minutes drive away with over 17000 films to chose from (ideal for families with children).
Kitchen & Dining Area
The KITCHEN / DINING ROOM is well equipped and includes cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker,waste disposal,dishwasher,microwave,toaster,coffee maker, and other facilities and has a seating area for four with a open view of the outdoor pool and lake environment. The DINING AREA has a dining table and seating for six.
Master Bedroom
The MASTER BEDROOM suite consists an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom equipped with a King sized bed, complemented by twin bedside cabinets. Storage is catered for by a large built in wardrobe and drawer units all colour co-ordinated with typical Florida styling.
2nd Bedroom
The smaller SECOND BEDROOM is equipped with a Queen size bed and matching bedside tables. Ample wardrobe and drawer space is provide with co-ordinating bedroom furniture.
3rd Bedroom
The THIRD TWIN BEDROOM has twin single beds equipped with a wardrobe and drawer units for storage.
Pool Area
The large south facing PRIVATE POOL which measures 30ft by 12ft. The pool is bordered by spacious sun deck equipped with loungers and patio furniture, the ideal place to sit and enjoy further views of the lake. All this is contained within a fully screened enclosure, which allows the benefits of the sun to enter, but keeps out insects and other unwanted guests.
