Every year thousands of tourists vacation to Florida to bask in the year-round sun, enjoy the fun and excitement of the theme parks, and build memories that'll last a lifetime.

We've been vacationing in Florida for some years now, trawling theme parks and attractions with our own kids, and having visited hotels and villas in the past, we decided to buy our own, and rent it out, so we can share the great times we've had with others.

At Hummingbird retreat we've made every endeavor to build a luxury vacation home, suitable for visitors of all ages, equipped with the latest in modern convenience and entertainment that'll ensure any family a great time...
The Villa itself contains three bedrooms, (one master-suite, one double bedroom, and another twin bedroom), all of which have cable TV in-room.

A fully appointed kitchen, complete with microwave oven, stove, fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, coffee maker, waste disposal, dishwasher, toaster slow cooker, juicer and everything you could need to make you feel like this is home from home.

There's also a games-room, complete with Pro Air-Hockey table, table-football, and furniture suitable for playing board games/cards, Poker top ect, with kids bar and fun lighting. Newfor 2010 flatscreen TV with music and cartoon channels. Pool toys and a large wooden trainset.

The large open plan living room has a vaulted ceiling with fans and is fully carpeted it is light and airy and a great place to start and end the day. Patio windows (child alarmed) lead to the covered lanai pool area. Conservation views giving you maximum privacy. There are two large comfortable sofas, soft lighting, One of the sofas opens out into a full sized double bed sleeping an extra 2 guests.
There is a large family hd ready flat screen TV, with cable stations, Music system and DVD player The home has board games, a PS2 games console, cable-tv in all rooms, and a selection of puzzles, books,CDs, playstation games, and movies. There is also free wireless internet so take along your laptop.

The pool area hosts a covered patio, with outdoor lighting, and full seating for six (for those evening meals under the stars). The pool itself runs almost the full bredth of the property, and is 3ft deep in the shallow end, and 6ft at the deep end. Equipped with optional pool-heating, underwater lighting, and a full whirlpool spa (with seperate heating) for your convenience. The oversized decked area and the conservation area make this a perfect retreat after a hectic day at the parks. The pool area is complimented by luxury furnishings. An area for barbecues has been added and an electric BBQ is available for your use (no messy coals or running out of gas)

Only 8 mins to Disney. This beautiful villa has everything you need to have a fantastic holiday home away from home.
2 mins from Champions Gate and Reunion and with links to I4 the villa has access to all parks within mins of leaving the home.
With a new Publix store within walking distance, Chinese and Pizza takeaways and a variety of restaurants getting even closer to home, Shopping malls and attractions within 10 mins drive this is fast becoming the perfect destination.

The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed (all beds upgraded nov 2009), 2 bedside tables, large dresser with mirror, TV unit with 34" Cable flatscreen TV, radio alarm clock and telephone with ceiling fan.
There is a large walk in closet. with security safe. The on suite bathroom has a large double shower, wc, twin basins, large mirror, cabinet and haidryer. The home is suitable for wheelchair users.

The second bedroom is a double with a large Double bed, large closet, 2 bedside tables with radio alarm, chest of drawers with wallmounted flatscreen cable TV. ceiling fan.

The second bathroom has wc. vanity sink unit with large mirror, cabinet and hair dryer. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.

The third bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds, bedside locker, alarm, tv unit with cable tv, ceiling fan, large closet and chest of drawers. There is a guest bed also if you needed to rearange sleeping arrangments..

Many added extras including beach chairs, coolbox, fishing rod ,bike, radio contacts for the theme parks ect are available. And do ask us about " ALADDINS CAVE"

With a few BABY extras if you are travelling with young children - 2 travel cots, highchair and monitors etc.

Our new management company are on hand to welcome you. We can now offer you the convenience of a welcome pack which includes Water, Milk, fresh orange Bread, tea, coffee and other essentials - Great if you have a late flight.

We also have a Sat Nav available for renters of our home. for a small charge $30 (paid locally) you may use our sat nav to travel around Florida. Go Explore.... can be $10 per day from rental companies.
