Our beautiful home sleeps up to 8 comfortably and can be found on High Grove, one of the most desirable gated subdivisons in the Disney area. It is air conditioned or can be heated if required, and it is equipped with a fully monitored security alarm system .

Ideally located where highway 192 meets state road 27 around 10 minutes drive, from the entrance to Walt Disney World. Its proximity to Interstate 4 and the Highway 417 means it has excellent access to the airports and all that central Florida has to offer. There are several supermarkets including a 24hr Wal Mart within a couple of minutes drive and many restaurants and high quality golf courses close by with the Space coast and Gulf coast beaches within easy driving distance. Sunset View really does provide the perfect location for your dream vacation. The family room is tastefully decorated with high quality luxury furnishings and includrs a TV, DVD player and CDplayer/radio. There is aso a small prtable radio for use on the pool deck. If you prefer to sit outdoors there is a large patio door in the family room which leads out to the pool deck. This door is alarmed to warn you if the younger members of the family decide to explore alone.

In our spacious fully fitted kitchen we offer every modern convenience that you could expect to find. If you want to cook a full meal or rustle up a quick bite you will find everything you need from measuring spoons to a meat thermometer. Our dining area has a large table which can be extended to seat up to 8. This means you can all sit and eat together if you wish, or some of you can sit at the breakfast bar.

All the bedrooms are furnished to the highest of standards and include remote control TV. There is also a Playsation 2 for use in any room. There are two master suites both with a King size bed and shower rooms. Both master bedrooms lead to the pool and spa area, one via a large patio door the second via a shower room which doubles as a pool bathroom. Both twin rooms are a good size and are joined by a 3rd "Jack and Jill" bathroom. Here you will find a hand basin, and a separate room with a toilet, bath and over bath shower.
