About Fairway Villa
OUR SUPERB VILLA has got air conditioning in all rooms and with all the many extras and furnishings you will not want to go home. It comprises of a beautiful Entrance hall... Stunning Lounge area... open plan Dining area . 3 Beautiful bedrooms... 2 bathrooms... Fully equipped Kitchen... built in Laundry Room which incorporates a washer/dryer, ironing board + iron... all Towels and bed Linens.... and there is also an excellent alarm system for our guests to use, Cable T.V's in all BedroomsALL THIS . . AND CLOSE TO DISNEY TOO ! ! . .
The safety of your family is our utmost priority – the pool area is protected by door alarms for the security of young children.
The villa offers you the chance to relax in a very quiet peaceful location, with the benefit of only having to travel a short distance to all the local attractions.
“Visit the theme parks, play golf and then relax by the pool” – it does not get much better than this!!!
There is also FREE use of crib, high- chair,electronic-safe, large gas barbecue for those meals cooked outdoors.Electronic dart board, DVD, Playstation with films and games to choose from.
On arrival at our villa ,you will be met by our management company who will advise you on all alarm codes etc.They will also give you any information you may require to make your stay at "Fairway Villa" the vacation of a lifetime.
*Late Check outs- Not flying home till late? This is not a problem as you could stay in our villa after the normal check out time. (Depending on the next guests arrival times).
The pool area offers our guest privacy at the rear whilst they relax by the pool.
On the decking there are ample chairs and sun- loungers to relax on and for your pleasure a free BBQ grill is available for you..Also the 2 ceiling fans can give you that extra bit of breeze on a red hot

| Entrance Hall | A warm greeting falls upon you as you enter the tiled hallway where you will find the hall table containing the ' chest ' which has numerous brochures for information you may require. |
| Living Area | With the 2 soft leather sofas, Chair and slate topped lounge tables the Living Area has been furnished and decorated to give that welcoming feeling which makes you feel at home straight away. The 37” Widescreen T/V is set in a cabinet which also contains a DVD/Video player and Playstation games console. In the lounge you will also find an Hi-Fi system. Also available for our guests to use are various books,DVDs and Playstation games. |
| Kitchen/Dining area | The well equipped kitchen has all the items you need which include a large oven,large fridge/freezer which has its own ice-maker and water dispenser, dishwasher microwave and ample cutlery/glasses. There is also an automatic bread making machine . As you leave the kitchen you enter the Dining area which overlooks the pool . |
| Master Bedroom | The truly stunning master bedroom with its huge(6ft) bed has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard . There is a huge walk in closet which gives our guests ample room for their clothes.There is also cable T.V. with remote,and telephone. The en-siute bathroom includes a huge shower enclosure, large oval bath, , dual vanity unit, large ‘Hollywood’ style mirror and a fitted hairdryer. Separate WC. |
| Bedroom2 | Another luxurious double-bedroom which hosts a Large Double bed(5ft) and again has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard with its built-in-wardrobe. Stylish bedding finishes this room off and there is also a ceiling fan to move the cool air around. There is also an alarm clock and cable T.V with remote. |
| Twin Room 3 | Our Twin room has a built in wardrobe and when you open the doors....... Watch out for Mickey!!!!!! Again this bedroom has been stylishly furnished and has twin-beds, alarm clock and ceiling fan, TV/video with remote. |
| 2nd Bathroom | Both Bedroom 2 and 3 share the 2nd Bathroom, tub, shower,toilet and vanity basin.In this bathroom there is also a fitted hairdryer. |
| The Pool | Leading out through the patio doors, the deck and pool area provides you with excellent privacy. There is a large lanaii which offers those who would like to cool down somewhere to go and enjoy the breeze provided by the two ceiling fans. Around the pool there is plenty of space to relax on loungers and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The safety of your family is our utmost priority – the pool area is protected by door alarms for the security of young children. Our beautiful Pool is also electrically heated and has got a full pool enclosure that covers the lanaii and decking. On the decking there are ample chairs and sun- loungers to relax on and for your pleasure a free BBQ grill is available for you..Also the 2 ceiling fans can give you that extra bit of breeze on a red hot day. |
